There are calls for criminal charges after video was released of the fatal shooting of a black man in Georgia accosted by two white men who claim they thought he was a robbery suspect [and thought they were police and thought they were on duty and thought the best way to arrest a black man is to shoot him to death "shoot first, ask questions later" style.
