"I say, it is okay. I am here. I am going to take good care of you. It is okay. Relax. I am safe now. I love you. I love you." The talk is a compelling invitation to come home to ourselves and to start to love ourselves truly: our body, our feelings, our mental formations, our perceptions, our consciousness [the Five Aggregates clung to as self]. Knowing how to love ourselves brings the deepest joy.

Sister Dang Nghiem dedicates this talk to all tweens and teens, but the talk is valuable for people of all ages. 🎙 The actual Dharma Talk starts at Minute 3:30.

📌 Recorded on December 31, 2021, at Deer Park Monastery, USA, during the Holidays Retreat "Joy in Oneself, Joy in the World."
