By using state-of-the-art scanning methods, scientists detected a large, sealed space that had never been explored before. This chamber is not connected to any of the known corridors or rooms, making it a genuine surprise.
Mehdi Tayoubi, co-founder of the ScanPyramids project, described the finding as “a premier,” adding, “It could be composed of one or several structures...maybe it could be another Grand Gallery. It could be a chamber; it could be a lot of things.”
