Where do stolen cars disappear to with LoJack and all of the new built-in GPS tracking devices? So this is where stolen cars go before they hit the "chop shops" and are sold for parts or shipped out of the country at the Port of Los Angeles in San Pedro to be sold on the world market by crime syndicates. Meanwhile, the LAPD and LASD and CHP all have their fingers up their nose not knowing anything and being too afraid to enter the tunnels to chase after the car thieves and criminals.
