Ecstatic Breathwork Meditation (free workshop)

What is breath? Prana (chi) = vital life-force energy. There is a way to directly contact mental BLISS and physical ECSTASY.

It is by the gateway of the breath. Guided rhythmic breathing will take us into a deep meditative state.

Healing the body's energy centers or chakras
This dynamic workshop effectively harmonizes mind and body. Mental clarity and deep relaxation are reached through breathing techniques (called pranayama in yoga).

Our instructor for this session will help us:
  • Release the old stuck patterns.
  • Take the heart/mind in a new, more productive direction.
  • Remove stale energy and old stress triggers.
