Buddhist emptiness explained

(SEEKER TO SEEKER) July 22, 2023: The Buddhist teaching of "emptiness" (śūnyatā, that all things are empty or devoid of an abiding "self") can completely transform how we view life and ourselves.

Here we trace this life-changing INSIGHT (vipassana) from its original exposition by the historical Buddha, through the Mahāyāna teachings of Ven. Nāgārjuna, the Yogācāra scholar-monks, all the way to the doctrine of the Tathāgatagarbha ("Buddha Nature").
