The Age of Filth (Era of Mental Trash)

The Era of Mental Trash
(Psyfluence) July 12, 2025: Let's explore the deep crisis affecting our mind and society in the Digital Age. We live trapped in a world overwhelmed by distractions, superficiality, and mass consumption of empty content that dulls our consciousness and weakens our ability to think deeply.

We talk about the silent collapse of the modern mind, a reality where truth is shaped by algorithms, noise replaces reflection, and mediocrity is celebrated as freedom and authenticity.

Did you know this generation is being educated to obey without questioning? We are being trapped in a sweet servitude full of filters, likes, and digitally-induced dopamine addiction. But not all is lost.

There are those who resist, who seek lucidity and depth amid the filth. If you feel something inside you refuses to settle for superficiality and constant noise, this video is for you.

Join the conversation, awaken consciousness, and learn why in a world full of mental trash and why thinking has become a revolutionary act.

Remember. Don’t forget. Subscribe, like, and share so more people can open their eyes and start rebuilding authentic thought.

World Happiness Report 2024

Why are you happy? - Well, I'm a Buddhist nun, and the Dharma and Sangha are so beautiful.

Buddha, why are you always smiling?
In this issue of the World Happiness Report we focus on the happiness of people at different stages of life.

In the "Seven Ages of Man" (listed below) in Shakespeare’s hypnotic As You Like It, the later stages of life are portrayed as deeply depressing.

But happiness research shows a more nuanced picture, one that is changing over time.

Explore the 2024 report for the latest findings on the happiness of the world’s young, old – and everyone in between.

Shakespeare: All the world's a stage
The Seven Ages by William Shakespeare (Kanish Mahajan/slideshare.net)
.
Act II, Scene VII, Line 139 features one of [Edward De Vere's aka] Shakespeare's most famous monologues, spoken by the character Jaques, which begins:

And all the men and women merely players;
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts"

The central metaphor, stated in vivid verbal sketches, is that a human lifespan is a play in seven acts. These seven "acts," or "ages," are:

At first, [1] the infant,
Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.
Then [2] the whining schoolboy, with his satchel
And shining morning face, creeping like snail
Unwillingly to school. And then [3] the lover,
Sighing like furnace, with a woeful ballad
Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then [4] a soldier,
Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,
Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,
Seeking the bubble reputation
Even in the cannon's mouth. And then [5] the justice,
In fair round belly with good capon lined,
With eyes severe and beard of formal cut,
Full of wise saws and modern instances;
And so he plays his part. The sixth age shifts
Into [6] the lean and slippered pantaloon,
With spectacles on nose and pouch on side;
His youthful hose, well saved, a world too wide
For his shrunk shank, and his big manly voice,
Turning again toward childish treble, pipes
And whistles in his sound. Last scene of all,
That ends this strange eventful history,
Is [7] second childishness and mere oblivion,
Sans teeth, sans eyes, sans taste, sans everything."

The Satanic Bible: King James Version (KJV)

No wonder Western society rapes.
(WQ) We need not worry about Anton LaVey's Satanic Bible, largely a silly book about hedonism and throwing off the shackles of Christian shame and oppression. (Sure we can ban it, burn it, and increase sales, but why bother?) What if a far worse book is the one LaVey is ostensibly opposing?

If a bad book says, "Do bad," so what? However, if the alleged "Good Book" says "Do bad," now that's something to be troubled by. That a devil should do harm, that's to be expected. That an all-loving "God" do harm -- call for murder and urge genocide, allow rape, slavery, genital mutilation, and even sanction the murder of one's own children as a punishment (when the Bible demands that bad boys and girls be stoned to death, not as an option but as a commandment that God demands) -- there's something wrong with that "God."

Fine will deter the rape or marriage will punish it
And cowards too fearful to say so shall approve of or be murderers, rapists, animal slaughterers, flesh-eaters, participants in genocide, and pat themselves on the back for being obedient, currying favor with their Lord so that he doesn't kill them after death but let them live on for eternity, worshipping Him and doing His bidding, gathering around singing His praises. Whew, is this really a religion? Abrahamic faiths (Catholicism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) are real?

What if the God of the Old Testament is actually the DEVIL (a jealous, genocidal, angry murderer of human and other beings)?
Rape is part of our religion.
(MorgueOfficial) In the Jewish-Christian Bible, the "God" depicted demands blood sacrifices, the killing of children (by stoning for disobedience), the deaths of innocent men and women, calls for genocides against the Israelites neighbors, allows rape, sometimes demands it, and unleashes plagues and floods to destroy humans.

Why would an all-loving God constantly demand blind obedience, worship, tribute, and sacrifice? What if this weren’t God but actually the Devil or a devil? This was what the Gnostic were saying from the beginning, describing a Demiurge that created this prison world, a simulation or endless samsara, which we need to escape not become brainless choir singers forever and ever.

It's our sacred Christian biblical tradition to rape
and kill children. God and Church say so (BBC).

Anne Hathaway dates young Coachella bro?

He's like my son, I mean, he's like my daughter's brother, I mean, he's in a band!

I used to be the hottest actor in Hollywood.

Busted on video making out with sexy Boy Toy
Ah, romantic love, is there anything higher to live for? There's Nothing Higher to Live For: Romantic Love We get so intoxicated, so out of ourselves, so devoted and obsessed that we seem to forget other people. ("We're out here. We still exist," they say. But we don't pay them no never mind. Why? With those brain chemicals running on overdrive, we feel we found all we need.)

Who'd you go to see? - August Moon!
Anne Hathaway has been seen and photographed at "Coachella" with a much younger man, a "boy toy" half her age!

In shocking revelations, she has a teenage daughter, too. It was the girl who dragged mom to the big Woodstock in the desert event, where she hooked up with a straight boy band singer, Hayes Campbell. Why he's young enough to be her own son! That shameless hussy?

Actor Anne Hathaway was once very famous.
Is there anything she won't do for attention? Who would star in such a movie, all about real life goings on? It seems Hathaway is embracing the "unconventional" age gap -- playing cougar to some young cub -- in the new movie, The Idea of You.

While it's serious sex, it hides under the cloak of "rom-com." In this scandalous upcoming romantic comedy, Hathaway plays 40-year-old Solène Marchand, a single mom who takes her daughter to Coachella to see her favorite boy band, August Moon.

When she has a chance meeting with that band’s 24-year-old frontman, "Hayes Campbell," played by Nicholas Galitzine, sparks fly between them and they strike up an unexpected romance.

Zendaya's threesome: Challengers
Let's redefine "girl power" as being "Be as big a jerk as men, and you win"
Hathaway and Galitzine stopped by TODAY on Monday, April 29, to talk about it and the conversations it has sparked around romantic age gaps.

I'm fed up with... [Israel?] No, with being judged.
“It’s kind of fun to be in a film where we talk about it, where we don’t dance around it, but we actually embrace her point of view on it,” Hathaway said.

There’s no doubt The Idea of You subverts traditional rom-com tropes by featuring a relationship between a 40-year-old single mother cougar and a much younger man-child.

However, as Hathaway points out, being 40 can mean different things to different people, and it’s the relationship between two individuals that ultimately matters.

“It’s funny, it’s OK if 40 is old, it’s OK if 40 isn’t old, it’s OK whatever it is, because it’s personal,” she explained. “For [my character] Solène, her point of view is, you know, she became a mom really young, and she really wanted to have a career, and so she doesn’t totally identify with her age.

“She feels like maybe she’s done things a little bit out of order and for her, 40 means it's a time...of self-discovery for her,” she continued. “And that’s what the movie says…how wonderful that she finds someone that she feels so supported by, seen by, embraced by, valued by.”

Is it IRL or Hollywood?

Let's get out of here, Anne. - I'm married, Nick.
Hathaway also said she “poured so much love, so much life experience into this film.” Galitzine and Hathaway also revealed they had instant chemistry as "friends" off-screen.

She was once a starlet in H-wood
“Well, Annie put me through the ringer,” Galitzine joked about their audition. He added that they did “a couple of pretty amazing scenes, one quite comedic, one very emotional,” and that he “serenaded Annie” on set.

“The whole room, it wasn’t just me...Nick sang at the audition with his guitar and looked at me sometimes,” she answered with a laugh. Was The Idea of You age gap the same in the book?

The Idea of You
is based on a 2017 novel of the same name by Robinne Lee.
  • While the plot of the movie is similar to the book, the characters’ ages were changed slightly in the film adaptation. In the movie, Solène is 40 and Hayes is 24, while in the book, the characters have a larger age gap: Solène is 39, while Hayes is just 20.
Meanwhile, the actual age gap between Hathaway and Galitzine is smaller than in the book or the movie: Hathaway is 41, and Galitzine is 29. “The Idea of You" will be available to stream on Prime Video on May 2. This article was originally published on TODAY.com

Challenging Empire: How...Defy US Power

"Bennis is a first-class political surgeon…This book is a must reading for anyone who cares about international affairs and the relationship between ideals and the reality of power politics."
— Marcus Raskin on Calling the Shots
When millions around the world marched to protest the U.S. War on Iraq and the U.S. drive towards empire, the New York Times dubbed global public opinion "the second super-power."

What empowered those protests was their alliance -- if only for a brief moment -- with governments unexpectedly willing to stand up against U.S. pressure, and with the United Nations itself, when it followed its Charter's command to stop "the scourge of war."

Author Phyllis Bennis tracks the rise of U.S. unilateralism and the doctrine of preemptive war, looking particularly at Iraq and Israel/Palestine, and examines both the potential and the challenges ahead in reclaiming the UN as part of the global peace movement.

Women dating hitting the wall (video)

FBE Capital, June 11, 2023; Seth Auberon, Ashley Wells (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Why older women hit the wall when dating | "girls" in their 30s, 40s, 50s struggling to date
(FBE Capital) When older women "hit the wall" in the dating market, they point the finger at everyone and everything but themselves. So let's take a look at what's actually going on, when women in their 30s, 40s and 50s are struggling to date and find love. What do you think?

With all of the changes in modern dating, older women are not having as much fun with online dating apps, as they were led to believe they would, since many eligible men in their age range are also being pursued by women in their 30s and 20s. This dries up the dating pool for older women and causes a lot of frustration. Meanwhile, it seems poor young guys have next to nothing but their video games, transgenderism, and Asperger's to fall back on.

VIDEO STRUCTURE
  • 00:00 Intro
  • 01:03 The reality of the wall
  • 02:20 How women create and maintain the wall
  • 03:49 The "knowing your worth" fallacy [overestimation]
  • 05:14 Two Types of Women
  • 06:08 Why are romantic women single?
  • 07:21 Self-sabotage good relationships
  • 08:36 Women "helping" women
  • 10:11 Good old-fashioned delusion
Older women are led to believe that dating will be a lot easier as they get older, since they now "know their worth," have tons of experience with guys, and know exactly what they want and what they don't want. But the reality is not only are these absolutely not the things that men are looking for. Then these women add even more traits and requirements to the mix that make it virtually impossible for them to ever be happy with any prospect they meet. Mayan Calendar: Shifting to the Aquarian Age

Nina Persson ("NSB"), The111111event.org, RT.com, Occupy Sweden

THE AQUARIAN SHIFT means... I can't get out of bed. Can't get my dreams out of my sleepy head. I open up my eyes and wonder where you are. And soon I realize that you're not real. And I am. In between a day and dream, life and death are a lazy, crazy stream. I go against the stream. But that, too, is part of the dream. Hello, goodbye, you shifting, starlit screen! I try to seal my mind and get back to where you were. You were that perfect kind. I'm floating down again. And my world is a syrup waterfall. I can't remember when. Or where. Or why. Where is my enlightenment? The world does not shift (revolve, evolve) without a revolution.

The Age of Aquarius is when peace will guide the planet and love will steer the stars.

The Revolution

(Oct. 7, 2011) The banker backlash in the United States is spreading, with major rallies held in the capital, Los Angeles, and other cities. Thousands have joined to express their distress at economic inequalities, war spending, environmental degradation, and high unemployment.

The peace demonstrations began last month when protesters started pitching tents in front of the New York Stock Exchange under the banner "Occupy Wall Street." Heavy-handed police, given financial donations by the banks, were filmed using batons and pepper spray to violently disperse the demonstrators.

The aftermath of years of financial strife is causing people's hope and patience to run out. And they are upset at the banks (foreclosing on homeowners after cheating them with dishonest loans, a credit crisis, and constantly draining the economy with welfare bail outs) for triggering the strife in the first place. Journalists reporting on the campaign, themselves unconstitutionally subjected to arrest and harassment, say the protesters will continue demanding social and economic justice.

Free Liquid Meditation ("Zazen Formula")

ZazenSleep.com
Imagine if there were a way to instantly relax, let go, and meditate. Melatonin might help. Lots of sleep beforehand, not eating, and a healthy amount of exercise is also a good combination. But sometimes renewing herbs can act as an instant tonic for stressed out meditators. There is no need to buy a product. Concoct your own. (We recommend an unrelated US company, Ron Teaguarden's Dragon Herbs). It's easy (with a free consultation). But for the less adventurous, Zazen Formula* unites age-old tradition with modern science. Zazen has created a proprietary formula that includes herbal sleep enhancers, Reishi mushroom extract, jujube extract, valerian extract, GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid), ginkgo biloba, ashwagandha, hops extract, passion flower extract, L-theanine, B-complex vitamins, calcium, magnesium citrate, and a combination of cell-protecting anti-oxidants and anti-aging compounds that have been recognized for their natural health optimizing, stress resistance, and rest-promoting properties.
