Alkaline diet is the way to good health

The word vegetarian does not come from vegetable but from vegetus (life, growth).
.
All non-starchy vegetables and fruits have an alkaline-forming effect on our body's fluids. Potatoes and bananas are slightly more acidic than most other vegetables and fruits.

For this reason, to be alkaline and healthy, non-starchy fruits, berries, and vegetables form the main bulk of our diet.
Food Combining Myths, Science (nutriplanet.org)
Fortunately, nature has arranged it so that green vegetables, such as kale and broccoli, are not only very alkaline but also superfoods that are nutrient rich.

Most legumes are semi-alkaline, while whole grains are more acidic. Refined grains (like white rice or milled flour) have an acidic effect on the body.

All animal products -- slaughtered flesh, eggs, fish, dairy -- in addition to extracted, process, simplified sugars have an acidifying effect. Therefore, these foods should be eliminated from the diet or greatly reduced.

Go nonviolent and vegan? Not necessarily. For example, a vegan living mainly on protein bars would end up with an acidic and unhealthy bloodstream due to the sugar and grain, while an omnivore eating lots of fruits and vegetables and a small amount of meat and dairy might stay alkaline and healthy.

Food combining for digestion (True Activist)
The body maintains homeostasis (equilibrium), which means a blood pH level of about 7.35-7.46 to maintain good health. We do that by eating a diet of primarily alkaline producing foods, mainly fruits and vegetables. These foods are also the most nutrient dense foods.

There is no need for paleo folks and vegans to go to war in a battle of words regarding what is right or wrong with an alkaline diet. The facts speak for themselves.

In essence, we can become acidic on any diet if we eat too many acid-forming foods: too much animal protein and fats, too much sugar and refined carbs, as well as too many deep-fried foods.
Whether to be a vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore is, in the end, more a question of ethics. We can be healthy with any label, provided we eat alkaline foods.
So if, on the one hand, one dislikes killing animals, impregnating, imprisoning, and otherwise making animals miserable and instead wants to be kinder to them and the planet, then a vegan diet is the healthiest and most environmentally-friendly.

If, on the other hand, one just wants to stay healthy, then junk (processed) foods and animal foods need to be minimized or eliminated altogether. Whatever one eats, the main bulk of our intake needs to be mainly vegetables and fruits.

What does meditator Tom Brady eat? (video)

Gisele Bundchen; Ananda (DB Meditation), Dhr. Seven, Ashley Wells (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
We're vegan lite, loving our alkalizing diet while hating each other and working for fame.

(Wisdom 2.0, Feb. 7, 2020) Gisele Bundchen (Mrs. Tom Brady) talking about meditation backstage at Wisdom 2.0.

My diet's working great!
American football legend Mr. Gisele Bündchen/Tom Brady's health regimen includes meditation, yoga, hydrating, an 80/20 diet (meaning American psychic Edgar Cayce's 80% alkaline to 20% acidic), early bedtime, resistance training, and neuroplasticity training [547].
I've got it all and my health.
He and his Bundchen-Brady family adhere to a controversially strict diet called the "TB12 Method," which has attracted much media attention [548, 549].

Brady advocates a daily water intake in ounces of half of one's body weight in pounds and personally consumes "a couple hundred ounces" daily [550, 551]. More water means less acidity and more internal cleansing.

Gisele Bundchen (Lili Ferraz)
He avoids gluten, flour, bread, cereal, most fruits, mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplants [members of the deadly nightshade family of plants full of harmful lectins], coffee, [ridiculous sugar drinks like] Gatorade, soda, white sugar, dairy, and white rice [552, 553].

In 2022 Brady said he prefers a diet consisting of organic food saying: "You’ve got to see the process of food being grown... If I need nutrients, I need that from [undepleted] soil" [539].

Luv me as I am, Gisele, a player
One of Brady's friends and former teammates, tight end Rob "Gronk" Gronkowski, has followed Brady and Alex Guerrero's plant-based diet since 2017 [554, 555].

Other professional athletes who follow Brady's diet include quarterback Kirk Cousins [556] and hockey player Mark Scheifele [557, 558].

Brady was raised as Roman Catholic, but in a 2015 interview with The New York Times, he expressed that he is less religious than he is spiritual [508]. In the interview he states, "I don't know what I believe. I think there's a belief system, I'm just not sure what it is" [509]. More

Let's save the planet, Tom.

Sex Doctor gets Penis Cancer (video)

Pat Macpherson, Ashley Wells, Wisdom Quarterly
He's not Dinah Cancer; he's Dr. Drew, America's sex and addiction therapist for 30 years.

Physician, heal thyself with your own advice.
"Doctor Drew," 55 (radio  host Dr. Drew Pinsky, M.D.), announced today that he is suffering from prostrate cancer, which is ironi c since a health professional of his caliber should be able to heal himself. Natural remedies like saw palmetto (extract) and a healthy sex life, in conjunction with an alkalizing diet (rather than the acidifying S.A.D. or "standard American diet") and a serene (rather than stressful) lifestyle would have kept him well. But as a doctor who promotes invasive surgery, deadly radiation treatments, and toxic allopathic pharmaceutical poisons all in the name of "medicine," this is what Drew and his patients can look forward to. He has, by his own admission, already submitted to voluntary surgery. Can it be long before he confesses to intentional radiation exposure and a regimen of chemotherapy?

Funnier and saltier than Dr. Ruth
Starting Wednesday he will be the guest on a barrage of television and radio shows promoting harmful cancer screenings, which seem to do more to cause cancer than cure it. He is already a white haired, neurotically nervous overachiever (formerly a sufferer of intense panic attacks that even his former radio co-host, Adam Corolla, could barely help him with), who began Loveline with the show's originator DJ Poorman on KROQ FM in his hometown of Pasadena, California.

Now he has an media empire consisting of a podcast with Latino heartthrob and former addict Mike Catherwood as well as their nationally syndicated, ever-fresh, ever-educational Loveline Radio Show (lovelineshow.com), an off-again-on-again rehab celebrity TV show, former MTV show, and a much more tame HLN talk show. Drew may not be much of a healer, but he is a well tuned "medical intuitive" showing off his skills in short call in spurts and an addiction medicine specialist. Everything we have ever learned about aberrant sexual behavior, sexually transmitted diseases, and philosophical quandaries about why humans repeat dysfunctional patterns over and over again -- answered with stunning clarity by addiction specialist Dr. Gabor Mate, M.D. -- we learned from Dr. Drew. He may not be, but to us he will always be a real Schmendrick.

(32:00 mins) This is the introduction to the third Zeitgeist film, "Moving Forward," featuring Dr. Gabor Mate. It covers truths about human nature, genetics as non-determinants of disease, health, and concepts and popular misconceptions about "Nature vs. Nuture."

    Cure Cancer with Sodium Bicarbonate

    candida cancer fungus

Cancer can be cured in weeks. What are the causes? They remain unknown. Whether treated with sanctioned or alternative methods, an aura of mystery remains. Overcoming the impasse must therefore go through two separate phases -- a critical one that exposes the present limitations of oncology, and a constructive one capable of curing the disease (an infection) within weeks.

"If we closely observe the proposed therapeutic approach it is possible to see that, independently of its real effectiveness, it has value as an innovative theory." - Dr. Simoncini
