LA’s World Naked Bike Ride 2026 (photos)

CENSORED: Naked cyclists strip through London for World Naked Bike Ride

A guide to LA’s World Naked Bike Ride 2026: Gear up, Los Angeles
Who needs bikes to celebrate the biological accomplishments of these Anunnaki-created bodies?
.
Is it shameful to see me naked?
For those brave enough to let it all hang out, get ready for the clothing-optional World Naked Bike Ride 2026 Los Angeles (WNBRLA).

The head-turning bike fest—a global grassroots movement that began in 2004—is taking over L.A. with its bare-as-you-dare dress code to fight “indecent exposure to cars.”

For those able to look past the nudity, nakedness, and eye-popping dangly bits, this 19th annual bike ride’s primary (stated) goal is to advocate for sustainable energy and environmentally responsible living to combat our current car-driven society. That and to bring joy back to transportation via cycling. (Think CicLAvia but with more butts).

I should have the right to go topless. What is this, Russia? I'll show that President Putin!
Femen: Female 'sextremists' for liberation from fascists 'n dictators like Trump 'n Putin
.
I'm thinking of riding, but I feel fat!
But make no mistake: The nudity is a major part of the ride and is in itself a celebration of body positivity, strength, respect and acceptance for every human being becoming better than ever looks wise.
  • When is the WNBR 2026 in LA? The ride takes place Saturday, June 27, 2026. There will be two rides, in fact, the first at 10:00 am and the second at 2:00 pm.
  • Where does the ride take place? For the safety of its riders, WNBR doesn’t share the exact details of its routes until the week before the event on Instagram and Facebook.
PHOTOS: Holy moly, all those paginas and venuses for the whole world to see!

.
Stay home or avert your gaze! They're au naturel!
But here’s what we can say: The staging area for both rides will be in the parking lot of the Geffen Contemporary at MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) in Little Tokyo (140 Judge John Aiso St.), where there will also be body painters, food trucks and vendors.

In keeping with the event’s anti-car sentiment, organizers usually suggest leaving all cars behind—so wearing clothes to start and taking public transit is highly encouraged. But there will be parking for riders at the nearby Mangrove Parking Lot (414 E Temple St.) for $10, starting at 8:00 am.

Look for the “WNBR–LA General Parking” sign. Whether driving or cycling over, organizers ask that cyclist NOT undress until at the staging area.

I'm naked wearing body paint. I can shower off later. Hah, look at all these starved gawkers!

You sinful sinners, cover up! This is a beach!
The first ride starts at 10:00 am and is approximately 9 miles long—the longer of the two but is an easier route.

The second ride is at 2:00 pm and is about 7 miles long. This is the harder of the two rides, as the route goes over hills. Both go past DTLA landmarks and include photo ops and water stops.

Do I need to pre-register? All participants can register in person on the day of the event and get a debriefing on this year’s rules. Or pre-register by emailing wnbr.losangeles@gmail.com or via PayPal or Patreon).

Padded bike shorts, who needs'em? buns of steel
How much is it? As for the cost, the bike ride is technically FREE, but WNBRLA does welcome donations to help cover the cost of traffic escorts, porta potties, wristbands, loaner bikes, and more. (For those who donate at least $5, pick up a free backpack!)

Even if pre-registering, participants will need to check in on the day of the event to pick up a wristband.

I prefer skimpy. It's more tantalizing and alluring
How nude is “nude”? Do I have to strip to ride? We’re talking bare butts on bicycle seats and delicate bits flopping in the breeze, but the dress code is officially “bare as you dare.” Nudity isn’t technically required. So feel free to partake as fully clothed or as fully nude as you feel comfortable going. It's individual.

WNBRLA does encourage helmets and full-body SPF sunblock, as well as body paint and other creative expression—but strictly prohibits provocative fetish gear and genital jewelry and accessories. Also: no erections.

So how is this legal? Public nudity IS legal—sort of. Baring a nude body in a lewd manner that clearly has sexual or offensive intentions is illegal, however. Hence WNBRLA’s rules.

What if I don’t have a bike? In the past, WNBRLA has suggested DTLA Bikes or Just Ride L.A. for bike rentals. Or check out Time Out’s list of the best bike shops in L.A. to purchase one.

Participants can also skate, scooter, or ride a unicycle or tricycle—any human-powered vehicle—but keep in mind that the route will go both uphill and downhill. More

Jake Paul to be beaten by heavyweight boxer

Netflix: Live bloodbath on Dec. 19th
(ESPN) YouTuber-turned-boxer "I beat Mike Tyson [who may or may not have been paid to take a fall]" Jake Paul will face former two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua in a professional heavyweight boxing match on Dec. 19 at Kaseya Center in Miami, Florida, Most Valuable Promotions told ESPN on Monday.

The fight -- which will be streamed live on Netflix -- is scheduled for eight 3-minute rounds, and the fighters will wear 10-ounce gloves, the standard for heavyweight fights.

It's an about-face for Jake Paul, 27, who was originally slated to take on WBA lightweight champion Gervonta "Tank" Davis in an exhibition fight on Nov. 14, 2025. However, the bout was canceled after Davis was named in a civil lawsuit filed by an ex-girlfriend accusing the boxer of [testosterone poisoning,] aggravated battery, false imprisonment, kidnapping, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Taking a dive for the money?

Breaking news: Fake Jake to get Real in the ring!
Instead of an exhibition against a hard-hitting pro boxer who campaigned at 130 pounds, Paul will now face a two-time heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist in a sanctioned professional boxing match who has fought as high as 256 pounds, over 100 pounds heavier than Davis [and much taller].

Paul has campaigned primarily as a cruiserweight with a 200-pound weight limit, although he weighed 227.25 pounds for his heavyweight exhibition fight with Mike Tyson in 2024.

Anthony Joshua is so good he has a wax figure in London

Call me a con-man to my face! - We said 'artist'
"This isn't an AI simulation. This is Judgment Day," Jake Paul said in a statement, "a professional heavyweight fight against an elite world champion in his prime. When I beat Anthony Joshua, every doubt disappears, and no one can deny me the opportunity to fight for a world title. To all my haters, this is what you wanted. To the people of the United Kingdom, I am sorry. On Friday, Dec. 19, under the lights in Miami, live globally only on Netflix, the torch gets passed and Britain's Goliath gets put to sleep."

Paul (12-1, 7 KOs) is still a novice in the sport with no notable amateur experience and only 70 total rounds boxed as a pro since 2020. He'll take a massive step up from MMA fighters and journeyman boxers to face Joshua (28-4, 25 KOs), one of the hardest-hitting and most decorated heavyweights in the world with over 160 rounds boxed in his 12 years as a professional. COMICS: Everything about protein: Stanford U

Ananda (Dharma Buddhist Meditation), Jen B. (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Everything you thought you knew about protein is wrong | Stanford Prof. Christopher Gardner
(ZOE) April 17, 2023: ZOE Science & Nutrition Podcast Proteins, carbs, and fats…most people understand what the last two are. Carbs are sugars, and [saturated] fat is fat [fatty acids].

It's protein that’s important to our diets, but often misunderstood — by the general public, that is. Since the 1950s and 1960s, scientists have been measuring:
  • how protein affects our performance,
  • how it supports and maintains the body’s structure, and
  • how best to incorporate it into our diets.
From big slabs of slaughtered flesh to plant-based protein shakes, tofu to amino acid supplements, nuts to lentils, protein is more available now than ever before.

With so many options, surely we’re getting enough protein? In today’s episode, host Jonathan speaks with a leading nutritional researcher to find out.

Dr. Christopher Gardner is a professor at Stanford University and a member of ZOE’s scientific advisory board. He’s pioneering the movement to redefine how we understand the quality of our protein intake.

CONCLUSION
Love animals: Let them live. Cows are cute.
Kidney damage from too much protein (with daily excess turned into acidic ammonia excreted in urine and sweat, with accumulation of unskillful karma, hormones, pesticides, chemicals, animal wastes like urine, fecal contamination, and toxic foods fed to cows to fatten them quickly, which fattens humans even more quickly.

We all get more than enough protein. This is not the third world. The fear of "protein deprivation" is doing everyone harm -- making us acidic and unhealthy.

Vegans and vegetarians get more than enough, and no one needs to worry about it. Eat a varied vegan diet, and you'll be fine. "Eat beans not beings." And omnivorous professor told you so.

Food combining for the best digestion is much more important than food complementing to get all of the amino acids in a day (as from complementing beans and rice). The latter is not necessary to do, because they cannot be well digested together. Eat them separately (by two or more hours).

If eaten within 24 hours of each other, the body will get ALL of the essential amino acids in sufficient quantity for optimum health without stress or worry. And tummies will be much happier due to the improved digestion (no bloating, no gas, no queasy feeling of overeating).

Beauty without surgery: Mew Method

What I've Learned, 2/6/19; Amber Larson, Crystal Q., CC Liu (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Attractive face or not? It depends on TONGUE posture
(What I've Learned) One thing missing from any discussion of beauty is the health impact of good oral posture.

I used to be so beautiful
Considering that it is at the back of the face, having a receded chin or maxilla could hinder the airway, with big implications for sleep apnea.

Clarification on the title: Of course, no one means to suggest that attractiveness depends only on tongue posture. Nutrition in utero (during the mother's pregnancy), postpartum nutrition, and health through the formative years surely play very big roles in how the face develops.

In fact, Weston Price's book
I'm hot. There's nothing wrong with my face.
Nutrition and Physical Degeneration
suggests that fat soluble vitamins are very important for fertility and the proper development of the young; grains and sugar ("modern foods") are very detrimental to their development, particularly their oral health.

Oral posture is simply another piece of the puzzle.

SUTURE FUSION: The phrases "These sutures are not completely fused together" and "Sutures are not completely closed" would have been better. It is understood that after birth, the sutures of the skull "fuse" together by age 2 or so. One study found that complete closure of certain sutures does not occur until as late as 70-years-old. Another found that “The human frontozygomatic suture undergoes synostosis during the eighth decade of life but does not completely fuse by the age of 95 years" based on 61 human cadavers aged 20 to 95.

This topic with a focus on facial development's affect on respiration and sleep apnea is discussed in Dr. Felix Liao's Six Foot Tiger, Three Foot Cage.

Another great book not mentioned in the video is Jaws: The Story of a Hidden Epidemic.
