Deep Meditation Experience

"This monk seems to be so happy and calm. I like that with Buddhists. They are always so relaxed and peaceful. I am just a Swedish teenager with hundreds of thoughts flying around in my head all the time. But I do know how to feel everything that ''can't be seen,'' which makes me very calm. The spiritual light or how to say, God's light, even if I don't believe in God" -- ErikBz.

"Sounds like a classic description of the arising and passing stage, or what Jack Kornfield calls pseudo-nirvana. I wonder if he knows that. It's a fairly common experience, and it is followed by the dukkha nanas (knowledge into suffering)" -- Vjhorn.
