One Nun's Practice

Sister Dipankara discusses how her practice originated. She is a disciple of perhaps the most eminent living Buddhist meditation master and Dharma scholar, Pa Auk Sayadaw. She teaches in Burma and on tour internationally making her extraordinary attainments available to lay practitioners.

Sister Dipankara is a Buddhist nun born on Vesak in 1964. She was ordained by Pa Auk Sayadaw in 1989. She teaches around the world -- particularly in the US, Taiwan, Singapore, Japan, and Europe.
