Mindful Rest is offering a six-class series at Evolution Physical Therapy & Yoga that will suggest ways of incorporating into busy life moments of mindful rest. Classes will include grounding and relaxation, lighthearted experiments in mindfulness (sati), and guidance to establish a meditation practice. The presence of a warm, gentle-hearted group is a key ingredient in supporting balance and spaciousness in participants' daily lives. Series to be co-facilitated by Joey Corcoran and certified Kripalu yoga teacher Lindsay Foreman.
