I want to meditate. But I can't. Help! I've heard that yoga and the eight parts of yoga can help. But that's hard. I've also heard that there's a Laughter Yoga. That sounds easy. I love to laugh. So I was thinking, what if I watch cartoons about yoga and laugh? Is that Laughter Yoga? Can it help my meditation and put me into a "Zen" (jhana, dhyana, chan) state?
