What has the West done, inviting demons at rock 'n roll and metal shows like Alice Cooper?
The Black King of Djinns Al-Malik al-Aswad (late 14th-century grimoire Book of Wonders)

VoB defies imagination, belief, social norms, their parents, our stereotypes about Muslims, girls, female musicians, and teens. Whew, good work!

After all, regular themes in American, British, and European heavy metal are the Christian Crusades, Viking raids, and Christian Devil worship. (No other religion obsesses about rejecting God or embracing the Dark Side like Christians and Catholics, who are far and away metal's biggest fans.

"Genies" (jinn) are ghouls.
What will Muslims embrace to defy their religion and p*ss of their parents, ghouls and genies (djinn)? The jinn (shapeshifting yakshas in Buddhism) are way too scary.

Here VoB performs "School Revolution" in March 2021 at the WOW (Women of the World) Festival.

They must've heard "School's Out [for Summer]" by Alice Cooper because the only war or jihad Islam approves of is the one against one's baser nature, unless one is into the CIA's weaponized Wahhabism. Defiance is very metal.

Indonesian heavy metal girl band VoB defies social norms
(South China Morning Post, June 3, 2021) The Indonesian all-female band VoB or Voice of Baceprot (English “Noisy Voice”) is gaining international attention.

Formed in 2014 by three teenage Muslim girls, the heavy metal band is popular for its rebellious songs. One of the band’s biggest hits, “School Revolution,” criticizes formerly Buddhist Indonesia’s strict education system. The band members, who grew up in a conservative town in West Java province -- not far from the world's largest excavated Buddhist temple of, the pyramid-and-bells Borobudur in Central Java -- initially struggled to gain their parents' support.
