(Macklemore LLC, Jan. 20, 2021) "Trump's Over" freestyle by Macklemore, produced by Bean One, filmed by Jake Magraw, and mixed by Jordan Santana.

I was a Buddhist monk for insight.
There was once a great white wrapper that came on the cover of a Beatles' album, but that was a heckuva party and neither here nor there.

The rapper that matters more is the one who came up with the hit "Thrift Shop," who released the greatest song ever about Free Goenka 10-Day Insight Meditation Retreats called "Vipassana" ("Insight").

393 Million Macklemore (and Ryan Lewis) Fans Can't Be Wrong (Rolling Stone)
.
What happened to that guy, who with Ryan Lewis' did "Downtown" and the topper "Can't Hold Us" (ft. Ray Dalton):

He  punched Justin Bieber and became a Buddhist monk who was going to live his remaining years out as a Theravada Buddhist monk in the Thai tradition. Wonder what happened to those vows.
