Winter storm continues to rain through Southern California
(CBS Los Angeles, Dec. 23, 2021) Meteorologist Evelyn Taft predicts that while this storm may soon pass through the Southland, another is on the way bringing a cold, wet Christmas and beyond. Heavy rain during a severe drought? That means flooding and mudslides, not recovery.
