Marijuana and Meditation?

(WQ) Now that pot is quasi-legal, just enough to keep prices up and competition down, with more dispensaries than you can shake a bong at sprouting up, marijuana is being touted as a panacea. "It cures whatever ails you." Well, it doesn't "cure" anything, but it does mollify quite a few conditions.

(Marijuana.com) "For those of you interested in or curious about expanding your mind and spirituality through meditation, I thought it may be helpful to share some techniques for doing so. Remember, that meditation is a technique/skill and as such it requires practice to be good at. If you find yourself falling asleep or not being able to calm yourself to the point of meditation, don't give up. You instinctively do it right before you go to sleep, or when you day-dream. Meditation = weightlifting for your brain. Also, meditation with a sober mind is sometimes a little more difficult. Marijuana helps IMMENSELY!" More>>

I am an herbalist, through and through. The concept of using a natural substance like marijuana to take a "break" from the crazy mind-domination of our society is appealing. And I would surely be fine with that except for this fact: POT CAN AND DOES CREATE SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS. (Thankfully, there is an herbal solution).

Why is the harm not obvious to most people? It's because pot smoking does not create these problems right away. It can take months or years of smoking for the insidious signs to show up. And normally they are subtle. BUT they are there in a high percentage of folks if you test for:
  • functional hypoadrenia
  • hormonal imbalance
  • immune dysregulation
  • neurological "switching"
  • disturbance of centrally mediated brain balance.
Most amazing is that the problems often emerge years after pot consumption has stopped! Read the linked article (click here) I wrote. It is more relevant today than ever. Also of interest are other educational materials. Obtain a test vial of freshly made Basil Phytocomplex tablets to reverse the problems described and profoundly help your patients.
(WQ) Many already use harmful coffee to stimulate exhausted adrenals, cigarettes to grab a breather, and alcohol to smooth everything over -- with sugar mixed into each of these substances. One of the reasons tobacco is so addictive is because the leaves are preserved using sugar, which is powerfully addictive.

Half the spell of java is the sugar laced in or habitually eaten with it to temper its robustly bitter character. And alcohol, a toxic byproduct of sugar fermentation, remains high in sugar. So why not add sugar free THC? Other than aggravating the respiratory system and worsening mood in the long term, is smoking weed and eating sugar the thing to do? Moreover, is it any substitute for meditating?
