FREE mindfulness meditation serenity retreat, Juneteenth concert, and hiking (6/18-6/21)

Ananda (Dharma Buddhist Meditation), Jen B., Dhr. Seven (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly

Beginner's mind: letting go of monkey mind
Mindfulness, meditation (serenity, insight, Zen, forgiveness, and loving kindness), partner yoga, hiking to nearby waterfalls, sharing, massage, Sanskrit chanting, Heart Sutra, guided visualization, precepts, friendship, and noble companionship. FREE or by donation (dana).

We are having a final Thabarwa Nature Center event. Experience a Buddhist retreat. Immerse yourself in nature. Share. Discuss. Heal. Hug. Have all your questions answered.

It all starts with spirit (ecstatic breath, prana).
Arrive Friday evening, enjoy activities all of Saturday including a Tongva/Kizh Native American healing ritual, and close with an early vegan lunch on Sunday. Bring sleeping bag, yoga mat, and something white to wear.

Let's yoke (yoga) mind, body, spirit with samadhi.
Space is extremely limited. Apply now. Participants will be selected by application essay, lottery, psychic divination...or it'll just work out by karma.

(For chance to attend this once-in-a-lifetime experience, send in 100 words introducing yourself and telling us why). Ends in time for a Happy Father's Day!
