I meditated for 1,000 days straight (video)
I meditated every day for 1,000 days straight. Here’s what it did
(Yes Theory, 2021) Hi there. Thomas here. First of all, thank you for watching. Second, this is quite a different style of video, a very personal story. After having told stories about seeking discomfort for six years, it's time to address the importance of meditation as a part of that journey, I feel compelled to finally share this with everyone. I truly believe in the power of meditation. I hope everyone watching will slowly make meditation part of their mental diet and, bit by bit, make progress towards more peace. ❤️
How did you do 1,000 days? You're lazy.
