Beauty lied about seeing beheaded babies

Nicole Zedeck on CBN News, 10/10/23; Ashley Wells, Sheldon S. (eds., Wisdom Quarterly
She misspoke, got ahead of herself? Wanted to report what she was being told so imagined she saw it?

The title of this video is completely misleading because the reporter, Nicole Zedeck, CHANGED her story completely from first claiming to be an eyewitness pointing to dead babies to later making the excuse that she heard soldiers say.

Her new claim is that soldiers told her, and she's just repeating it, which is far different from I see beheaded babies right over there and pointing so that the camera would believe she was an eyewitness.

It was nothing she saw. There was nothing to see. BUT she said she "saw" it, even pointing so that the camera looked over as if the evidence were just right over there and not being shown, as if out of consideration for the sensitivity of viewers. There was no such evidence she could see.

Atrocity propaganda
There was no evidence presented at all, just some offhanded statements by militants (Israeli soldiers) engaged in a war their state sponsor declared on a political party and movement (Hamas).

"Slaves do not 'attack'; they 'revolt,'" it has been said. Hamas was encouraged and funded by Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, who saw them as a political party he could control more easily than other factions in Gaza. They do not exist in the West Bank, the other concentration camp where Palestinians are kept, waiting for the day their "right of return" will be exercised.

It's international law. That does not matter to the State of Israel and its Jewish Zionist and secularist supporters because Ultra-Orthodox Jews oppose these Jewish moves and the fake "state" of Israel) advocates of which stole the land from Palestinian Arab Muslims.

If Jews want a homeland as a people without a land in search of a land without a people -- and the previously offered Jewish Autonomous Oblast given by Russia is not good enough

Now this reporter has a new story, about being told about atrocities she never witnessed. Had she reported claims -- even outright lies -- by soldiers, that would be fine. That's what journalism is today, particularly when a corporate reporter is satisfied with being a state stenographer, not questioning the stories s/he is told by government officials, spokespersons, and militant agents.

It seems a new crime is being committed when this interviewer never bothers to ask the war "journalist" why she changed her story or what the story was before her latest claim. In fact, he goes so far as to cover for her, egg her on in her new statements, never revisiting the recent past that differs from what she is now claiming.

Her word does not mean much if she lied, got caught, could not corroborate her claims, changed her story, pinning it on "some Israeli soldiers," AND then could not corroborate that claim either, as the IDF/Israeli military did not claim babies had been beheaded or that there was any evidence of that.

Now it's time to sweep all of this under the table, promote the journalist, maybe get her a job as the future Megyn Kelly with her own show somewhere, and let's hope nobody notices the change of stories.

This is, of course, an important additional example of lies and propaganda reported by the mainstream corporate media as "fact" when they align with the mainstream narrative but ignoring all other evidence until it is thoroughly looked into, long after it would have been useful to know as a suspicion.

False testimony: atrocity propaganda for Bush
The case of daughter of an official who was used by a public relations agency hired to promote the US war on Iraq by claiming that "terrorists" took babies from incubators and dashed their skulls on the floor as she witnessed them doing it firsthand -- all LIES and revealed as never having happened but rather only a script-reading exercise for the cameras, replete with fake emotional displays. She admits it didn't happen but was asked to say it by the PR firm for the sake of some ulterior purpose. Many people must not know that famous story, our attention spans and attention to history being what it is.
  • Nayirah al-Sabah's false testimony
  • No worry, Mr. Bush. I get my daughter to lie.
The Nayirah testimony was false testimony given before the United States Congressional Human Rights Caucus on Oct. 10, 1990, by a 15-year-old girl who was publicly identified at the time by her first name, Nayirah. The testimony was widely publicized and was cited numerous times by U.S. senators and Pres. George H. W. Bush in their rationale to support Kuwait in the Gulf War. In 1992, it was revealed that Nayirah's last name was Al-Ṣabaḥ (Arabic نيرة الصباح) because she was the daughter of Kuwaiti Ambassador to the U.S. Saud Al-Sabah. Furthermore, it was revealed that her testimony was entirely FALSE and organized as part of a PR campaign for Citizens for a Free Kuwait, which was run by the American public relations firm Hill & Knowlton for the Kuwaiti government. Following this, Nayirah al-Sabah's testimony has come to be regarded as a classic example of modern atrocity propaganda [1, 2].
Was that young woman imprisoned for her blood libel, for instigating crimes against humanity? No, she got away with it, just doing her father a favor by being the PR poster child to promote US war. Will this brave journalist in a war zone wearing a flak jacket and helmet be fired for lying and then changing her story and not being able to confirm either? Perhaps. Let's not hold our breath. She's more likely to be rewarded.

Reporter stands by [her new] story [hearsay] of Hamas massacring babies, reveals another horror
(CBN News) Oct. 13, 2023:  The TV reporter who "broke" the heartbreaking story this week about Israeli babies purportedly being beheaded -- claiming she could see them piled near her -- by the hands of Hamas "terrorists" is standing by her claim, after having changed it from firsthand witness of bodies to hearsay from biased soldiers -- reporting more hearsay about other unimaginable carnage.

Nicole Zedeck, a Western reporter with i24News who has been on the ground in Israel wearing a fancy helmet and flak jacket, told the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN Digital) she spoke with a man responsible for clearing the bodies of victims, and has hearsay to report by repeating a dreadful story she claims he told her.

"We're hearing more horror stories," she said. "He said he found a pregnant woman who was shot in the head, her stomach sliced open, the baby still attached [to] the umbilical cord."

Zedeck continued, "And the baby was stabbed with a knife." This story comes after the journalist delivered a now-viral report detailing the alleged slaughter of 40 babies and young kids in Kfar Azza, a kibbutz near the Gaza border.

Zedeck revealed during the now-viral news report that some soldiers told her some of the babies were decapitated, sending shockwaves throughout the international community. [In fact, she said she could see them there decapitated even though the Israeli military made no such claim to fact checkers.]

In a conversation with CBN Digital Friday, the reporter stood by her [hearsay] and detailed the complex and harrowing situations she's witnessed over the past week.

"As difficult as it is for [journalists] to see the aftermath of these scenes, there are families, and citizens, and residents, and soldiers that witnessed it firsthand — and witnessed it as it was happening," she said.

"I never thought I would be in this position [of being in trouble for exaggerating what I'm seeing when I'm just a stenographer for angry Israeli militants], where I'm reporting mere feet away from death, but I think it needs to be done and people need to see the images."

She recounted arriving in Kfar Azza just hours after Hamas' terror ended, as workers were still clearing bodies and assessing all that unfolded.

"As you're walking through these communities, you see destruction everywhere," Zedeck said. "[I] saw a stroller that was stained with blood, a crib overturned on its side taken outside of the door."

Watch the journalist share her experience on the ground and defend her coverage.
