PALESTINE - Right wing Zionist Jew and Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir (Hebrew אִיתָמָר בֶּן גְּבִיר, May 6, 1976) is a lawyer and Israeli politician who has served as minister since 2022, except for a two-month gap in early 2025.

He is the leader of Otzma Yehudit ("Jewish Power"), an Israeli far-right, Kahanist, and anti-Arab party that won six seats in the 2022 legislative election and is part of the 37th government of Israel.

Beni is a "settler" [illegal invader and occupier] in the illegally-occupied West Bank (of Palestine), whose "political background lies in Kahanism — a violently racist [Ashkenazi Jewish] movement that supports the expulsion of Palestinians from their lands" [2], where "expulsion" means ethnic cleansing, a legally defined form of genocide.

We want a biblical bloodbath to steal this land.

Beni has a long history of anti-Arab activism [killing, maiming, oppressing, terrorizing, robbing, and expelling], leading to dozens of indictments and at least eight convictions of crimes including incitement to racism and support for, as well as possession of propaganda of, a terrorist organization (the now-illegal Kach political party)[3].

As a Jewish lawyer, he is known for defending Jews accused of Jewish extremist terrorism in Israeli courts [4].

Ben-Gvir is known for being a provocateur and has attracted headlines for a variety of reasons:

• threatening Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin on live TV in 1995 shortly before his assassination;
• having had a portrait in his living room of Baruch Goldstein, a Jewish extremist terrorist and mass murderer;
• calling in 2019 for the expulsion of Arab citizens of Israel who are not loyal to the state [5];
• inciting violent clashes between Jewish "settlers" and indigenous Palestinians in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah in 2021; and
• making highly controversial visits to the Temple Mount, where the al-Aqsa Mosque is located, in 2023 and 2024 [6].

On January 18, 2025, it was reported that Ben-Gvir intended to resign from his ministerial position in protest to the approval and implementation of the three-phase Gaza war ceasefire deal. He resigned on January 19, 2025.

Palestinian flag over US town divides locals

The Palestinian flag will fly in solidarity with the people of Gaza and the West Bank, as well as refugee camps in neighboring countries, above North Andover, Massachusetts, for a month in a decision that split the local community.

The approval came after the Israeli flag had flown in the same spot. Residents of a Massachusetts community remain divided on whether a Palestinian flag should be raised to fly above the town commons from now until December.

A heated town meeting saw tempers flare over a teenage resident's request for the flag to be flown on the North Andover Town Common. But, ultimately, officials agreed to approve a permit for the flag on Monday evening.

An Israeli flag has been flying in the same spot since last month (without apparently having to ask for any special permission, without limit, and without considering how many of the town's residents were being offended by the town seeming to side with a genocidal country intent on massacring as many Palestinian civilians as possible.

Neither Hadid, whose father is Palestinian, nor the brand, has commented on her alleged replacement, which was initially reported in Türkiye’s Yeni Safak and an Israeli blog called Fashion Forward, raising questions of the reports’ veracity even as there were calls to #BoycottDior on X (formerly Twitter).

Hadid became the first Dior brand ambassador of Palestinian descent in 2016 and has repeatedly used her celebrity to advocate for Palestinian rights.

However, she remained silent for several weeks after Hamas’ October 7 attack and Israel’s subsequent devastating bombardment of Gaza.

In an Instagram post on October 26, she said her phone number had been leaked online, leading to her receiving “hundreds of death threats” every day.

(VICE) Over a single weekend in the summer of 2021, the local population of Edmonson County, Kentucky, was doubled by droves of "rednecks" descending on the area to celebrate five days of mud, music, and mayhem.

They came for an event called "The Redneck Rave" -- a music festival put on by country "rapper" Justin Time, who bills it as the "biggest country party you'll ever go to."

What festival goers didn't sign up for, however, was the absolute chaos that would ensue. The Redneck Rave made international news for a throat slashing, log impalement, strangulation, amputated finger, and a slew of petty arrests and hospitalizations.

Local law enforcement was completely overwhelmed, claiming festival organizers did little to coordinate with them, other than letting emergency responders onto the premises.

In the wake of the media frenzy, Justin Time promises to redeem the Redneck Rave, offering family fun at their following fall event.

As general admission concertgoers rush onto the field to get up close to the stage (standing room only anywhere near the mosh pit), a strange addition is seen: a fan waving a rainbow flag, the universal symbol of LGBTQI pride.

Looks like metal music fans are getting more progressive and tolerant of our gay, bi, and trans brothers, sisters, and other sentient beings. The odd thing is not so much that there would be a flag waved or gays in attendance. Of course they've been in attendance. But why did WackenTV very deliberately choose to add the image of a proud flag waver coming into the festival grounds? To make points with the powers that be? "See, we're not all bad, we Hate revelers and Satanic speedmetal pushers."
