It will only cost $200 million. Oops, I misspoke. I clearly meant $300 million and anyone who knows a darn thing about real estates would know that. Afterall, he has to enrich the Trump Family Fund in the process or why even call it a Trump Enterprises endeavor? Oh, it's not called that? What about that Ohtani, huh?
