Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard (film)

He journeyed from France to the East. And according to brain studies, scientist and long-time Buddhist monk Matthieu Ricard is "the happiest man in the world." Having met his teacher, Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, while traveling in India and Nepal, he meditated in the Himalayas and took astounding photographs. He eventually became famous in his own right and has served as the Dalai Lama's translator as well as devoting himself to other important causes.
