Bodh Gaya: The Sacred Land of Buddhahood has a great deal of old school wrong information, particularly that popular with Indians from India, who have their reasons for clinging to some of these views. Maverick historian Dr. Ranajit Pal sets those facts straight, but few want to go any deeper than the allegory.
