Never talk to police. Here's why (video)

"You will respect my authority!" insists Officer Eric Cartman (South Park "Chickenlover").

I'm innocent. Why not talk to police? You have the right to remain innocent
(Regent University School of Law, 4/20/12) Law Professor James Duane gives viewers startling reasons why they should remain silent by always exercising their 5th Amendment rights and Miranda warning privileges.

Remain Innocent (James Duane)
This is true whenever questioned by any government official but particularly police acting friendly and "requesting" cooperation. There's no sense explaining why one is not talking to them. Remain silent to preserve rights as an American. There are great reasons for this amendment.

Download Prof. Duane's article on this topic. His bestselling book is You Have the Right to Remain Innocent.

Listen to the professor. He's right. Remain silent.
It's a debate, so to be fair, here's the opposing side presented by Virginia Beach Police Officer George Bruch:

The only problem is, Ofc. Bruch agrees with everything Prof. Duane just said: Never talk to police. It can't help; it can only hurt.
"Stop resisting! Let us hit you!" Policing in LA 1984-style. Peaceful protesters beware. (KTLA)
