(Hanni Ram) ALPS. What price are you willing to pay for addiction?
Everything that consumes us without our conscious permission is a form of abuse.
No shame will set us free, but understanding what causes us to pay with our life and abilities in exchange for fake worth and temporary happiness (or relief) will be the only way to get out of it.
There's no judgment here, just love, care, and awareness. - Hanni
