Trump Strongman Sec'y of State Marco Rubio (replacement for Jewish Antony Blinken and Democrat war criminal Hillary Clinton's replacement) strikes again for "Peace President" Trump, who is lying for war and the wholesale theft of oil, resources, and whatever riches it can take from the Americas, particularly Latin America.
