(German Die Glocke) was a purported top-secret scientific technological device, alien technology [likely from Aldebaran through Maria Orsic and the Vril Society], potential super weapon, or Wunderwaffe developed in the 1940s by Nazis in Hitler's Germany.
Rumors of this amazing technological device have persisted for decades after WW II even being used as a plot trope in the fiction novel Lightning by hack Dean Koontz (1988), in the fiction TV series 12 Monkeys (Season 4), and the multimedia franchise Assassin's Creed.
"The Bell" was first fully described by Polish journalist and author Igor Witkowski in The Truth About the Wunderwaffe (or Prawda o Wunderwaffe, 2000) and later popularized by military journalist and author Nick Cook, who associated it with forbidden Nazi occultism [Vril Society], anti-gravity technology, and free energy research.
Mainstream reviewers, unable to understand it or induced to cast doubt and conceal the truth, have criticized claims about Die Glocke as being pseudoscientific. How could mainstream science explain it? It can't; therefore, it has to be unreal...until science catches up with it, at which time it will have always been real.

Die Glocke and other Nazi "miracle weapons" have been dramatized in films, TV shows, video games, and novels, and if a real thing is inserted into fiction, it becomes fiction by association until our government and the gatekeepers in the university system give us permission to believe.
Otherwise, anyone who tries to discuss time travel technology must be called a "conspiracy theorist" and be reported to local authorities for observation.
