Produced by The Guardian and JW Films, this documentary investigates the integration of artificial intelligence and automated surveillance in Jewish Zionist Israeli military targeting systems used by the Israeli Army (now using the euphemism IDF) during its ongoing genocide on Gaza, the West Bank, Palestine, and its wars on Iran, Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, and its impending war on Turkey, in the making of its planned empire called "Greater [Big] Israel" or Eretz Yisrael HaShlema.

The documentary premiered in the main competition of the 83rd Venice International Film Festival on Sept. 10, 2026, where it won the Special Jury Prize, going on to secure theatrical distribution in over 50 territories.
It was theatrically released in the United Kingdom by Dogwoof on Oct. 16. A global streaming release on The Guardian's website is due to follow in late November.
Despite not having had a theatrical release in Zionist Israel, it has caused political controversy in Israel for what it reveals: accounts of the country's criminal actions in Gaza by the people committing the war crimes.

These shocking revelations of being exposed by whistleblower insiders prompted threats against the Jewish documentarians Abraham and Szor for telling the truth, including threats by the Israeli government to revoke their Israeli citizenship.
The IDF is trying to deny what its soldiers are admitting in the film and are working on hasbara (psyops or Israeli war propaganda) to counteract the potential influence of the film and are trying to silence and deny the claims presented by the Israeli military in the film.
Internationally, NAZA has been widely acclaimed by critics following its theatrical release. More
