Gnostic 'union with the divine' (Mary Mag)

What is she doing to the Lord?
Koinonos (Ancient Greek κοινωνός, consort, partner) was generally thought to mean "companion." However, this covers up its true meaning. It has been used extensively in ancient writing with a wide variety of meanings. Its original form is κοινωνός and was later translated to koinonos.

It can be read as "koy-no-nos," which can mean a partner (in marriage or business or a spiritual endeavor), noble friend, consort, or companion in faith as well. It is generally used with reference to "sharing" [1, 2].

It has been used in the Gospel of Philip to note the special relationship between Gnostic Jesus and Mary Magdelene [1]. More

The Apocryphon of John (the "Secret Book or Secret Revelation of John") is a 2nd-century Sethian Gnostic Christian pseudepigraphical text attributed to John the Apostle. It is one of the texts addressed by Irenaeus in his Christian polemic Against Heresies, placing its composition before 180 AD. It tells of the appearance of Jesus and the imparting of secret knowledge (gnosis) to his disciple John. The author describes it as having occurred after anointed [DMT-awakened] Jesus Christ had "gone back to the place from which he came." More

Chrism is consecrated oil or cerebrospinal fluid
CHRISM
(also called myrrh, myron, and holy anointing oil) is a consecrated oil used in many forms of Christianity:

Catholic, Eastern Orthodox, Oriental Orthodox, Assyrian, Nordic Lutheran, Anglican, and Old Catholic churches in the administration of some sacraments and ecclesiastical functions.

Jesus Christ is called "Christ" because he is said to have been "anointed" the "Anointed One" (kristos) like the "king of heaven" or "prince of peace" would be by his monarch sky-father when Christian divinities are viewed as Greco-Roman-European ideals of imperial rulers.

What was Jesus really "anointed" with, his own internal cerebrospinal fluid or DMT-containing, melatonin, and other hormone-containing pituitary and pineal gland exudation?

The English chrism derives from Koine Greek via Latin and Old French. In Greek, khrîsma (χρῖσμα) was originally the verbal noun ("[the act of] anointing," "unction") of "anoint" (χρίειν) [1].

By extension, along with khrîma (χρῖμα), khrîstai (χρῖσται), and later khrísma (χρίσμα), it came to be used for the anointing oil or ointment itself.

Khrísma came into Latin as chrisma, which appears in the works of Tertullian.

We need a Jesus for Rome
This was adopted directly into Old English as crisma, which developed into Middle English crisme and various related spellings [1].

In Old French, the original Latin was conflated with cramum ("cream"), developing into cresme, which was also borrowed into Middle English around 1300 as "creme" and various related spellings.

The spelling chrism after the Latin original was generally adopted in the 16th century, after which "cream" came to be restricted to its present meaning [1]. More

Gnostic Adam 'n Eve: Serpent Sophia?

Sophia=Wisdom=Athena
(Gnostic Talk) The Serpent in the Gnostic version of the Garden of Eden was the Aeon and Goddess of Wisdom Sophia, the Goddess of Wisdom, out to make things right and help Adam and savior-helper Eve (members of the Adama), the progenitors of this iteration of humanity. What she gave us is still inside us no matter how much the evil Demiurge Yaldabaoth, Yahweh, and His Archons try to deceive us. It is far better to know and be free than to live in blissful ignorance in a Sumerian garden tended by self-arrogating and self-aggrandizing and self-proclaimed Jews as distinct from the "Goy."

I said thou shalt not eat of the tree of knowledge of good and evil or shalt surely DIE! And that that Serpent, crawling on its belly as it shall now, should say different, don't listen to that creature. Obey me! For I am thy Demiurge, I mean, thy God Almighty, builder of heaven and then earth, and maker of everything and controller of all with the help of my Archons. Behold! No, no, turn away, for you cannot bear my visage. Just obey, OBEY!
The Gnostic Goddess Sophia sent Jesus a special: the favored Apostle Mary Magdalene
.
What does the Bible actually say?

(Discernment Made Clear) Why Serpent (not "Satan" except later in New Testament commentary as an explanation) only spoke to the woman Eve in Genesis? No one told us this!

Real Jesus' 40 days of teaching erased

The Ethiopian Bible reveals why Jesus’ POST-resurrection words were never taught

The Mystery Archives(The Mystery Archives) Aug. 23, 2026: UNITED STATES. For nearly 2,000 years, most Protestant, Catholic, and Eastern Orthodox Christians in the Wester were taught that the story of Jesus moved from resurrection to ascension with only a few brief details in between.

But the 88 books of the Ethiopian Bible in its Orthodox tradition preserve a very different picture.

Let's explore the Ethiopian Bible, its 81-book [or 88-book] canon, and ancient texts said to preserve teachings from the 40 days after the resurrection.

Truth hurts? The truth sets us free

These writings describe hidden warnings, forgotten prophecies, spiritual warfare, the Book of Enoch, the Apocalypse of Peter, and a version of Christianity that developed outside imperial Roman control.

Were these teachings forgotten, erased, removed, or deliberately suppressed by the state? Why did Ethiopia preserve books that much of the Western world decided to hide and leave behind?

Watch until the end as we examine the mystery of the Ethiopian manuscripts, the lost 40 days of Jesus, and the dangerous message that may have been hidden in plain sight.

Teachings of real Gnostic Jesus erased

(Hidden Wisdom) How to unite with GOD (Gnosticism's Monad) -- Gnostic Jesus Christ's most forbidden teachings erased, forbidden, destroyed by the official Church, replaced with Pauline (Saul of Tarsus) "Christian" doctrine most useful to the Roman Empire and Archons. The Aeon Goddess Sophia (Wisdom) sent Jesus in and with him a helper embodied in the person of Mary Magdalene (also explained in the Gnostic Gospel of Mary). Why does the modern Church have such a crucifixation?

What happens at death? (Gnosticism)

Death is not final but only a transition
  • Materialism, which the Buddha called a pernicious wrong view, says when we die from here, everything ends, we dissolve, there is no result of actions (karma); life had no meaning, and everything is lost. This is the Annihilationist view, the fear or relief that we will be annihilated at death when we will not.
  • Escape the rebirth trap of samsara now before it's too late.
  • Eternalism is what the Buddha called a pernicious wrong view that takes the other extreme -- that we do not die at death but persist and go on. This is closer to the (conventional) truth, as anyone who has a near-death experience will realize, but it is wrong in assuming that an eternal "soul" or "substance" carries on. An impersonal process carries on, a chain of causation, so that karma bears fruit. And while the person who passes from here and rearises (reappears) hereafter are not identical, so there is no "identity" to cling to even now at this moment. What is there? There are the ever-changing Five Aggregates clung to as self, dependently arisen, and hurtling toward destruction, dissolution, disappearance at every moment. There is nothing to cling to, but the aggregates nevertheless grasp and cling.
  • As with Gnosticism, this needs to be realized while we are yet alive, or the process will continue, and we will simply be reborn again and again and again.
Gnostics, what goes on, what remains?

(Gnostic Talk) I've stopped calling it "death" because the Gnostics had a completely different word for it. What is the Pistis Sophia? (It is comforting to think that Jesus Christ/Saint Issa understood this, but sad that modern sectarian Christians do not.

Mindful versus Gnostic 'Noble Silence'

(Buddhism Podcast) What is "noble silence"? The power of mindful speech in Buddhism

(Gnostic Talk) I tried the Gnostic Silence Test, and what answered was not the highest GOD (the Monad).
I'm Jewish and know better than Jesus
If "God" (GOD, Brahman beyond the God Great Maha Brahma) is the Monad, what is the pleroma? Pleroma (Koine Greek πλήρωμα, literally the "fullness") generally refers to the totality of divine powers. It is used in Gnosticism, as well as in Christian theological contexts. The term also appears in the Epistle to the Colossians [1], which is traditionally attributed to Saint Paul (aka Jewish Saul of Tarsus) the Apostle [2], the real founder of modern Christianity (yes, not Christ, after which it is named).

I'm a Jew and I know better than Jesus (Paul)
The word is used 17 times in the New Testament [3]. In Valentinianism it represents as virtualities of the Son [4]. ETYMOLOGY: The word literally means "fullness," from the verb plēróō (πληρόω, "to fill"), from plḗrēs (πλήρης, "full") [5]. More
What is Buddhist "noble silence"?
Who are the "noble" ones? (Greco Buddhism)
Noble silence ("enlightening quietude") is a term attributed to the historical Buddha. Practitioners are advised to calm heart/mind by letting go of internal and external chatter.

The Buddha also responded to certain useless or harmful philosophical questions about the ultimate nature of reality. One such instance is when he was asked by a wayward monk named Ven. Malunkyaputta the 14 unanswerable questions.

In similar situations the Buddha often responded to antinomy-based descriptions of reality by saying that both antithetical options presented to him were inappropriate. To answer one way might be true but misleading or comforting but untrue, so that simple silence was a better option until the questioner was ready to receive a direct answer.

A specific reference to noble silence in the Buddha's Teaching (Dhamma or Dharma) involved one occasion when the Buddha told his monastic disciples to discontinue a discussion, saying that in such a congregation the discussion of the sacred Dharma is proper or practicing noble silence [1].

This does not indicate misology or disdain for philosophy on the Buddha's part. Rather, it indicates that he viewed such questions, though popular, as not leading to true and liberating wisdom [2].

The Pali canon
While silence is generally thought to be something visible on the outside of a person — an external state, such as whether or not one is talking — in the Pali canon, a "noble" (enlightened, awakened, or enlightening) state is internal — one synonymous with the stillness of absorption (jhāna).

"What is noble silence?' The thought might occur, 'In one instance a monastic, stilling applied and sustained attention (vitakka and vicara) [knowing without verbalizing or pondering], enters and abides in the second absorption, characterized by rapture and pleasure born of stillness, unification of mind, free of applied and sustained attention — internally certain. This is called noble silence.'"
  • Flapping and pushing vs. allowing and gliding
An analogy is given to explain and distinguish vitakka from vicara as a function of what the mind does with its attention (adverting/turning attention towards, bare awareness, MINDFULNESS, vigilance, calm persistence). It's misleading to use the English word [discursive] "thinking," but it is mental activity:
  • Say a big bird on a branch wishes to fly. It will first leap or thrust itself into the air and flap its wings with great deal of effort then eventually just soar and glide almost with no effort at all. So in tranquility meditation (samatha), one first struggles or wrestles to bring attention back and back again to the object but eventually is fixed on it with no apparent effort.
  • Points of sail when tacking during sailing
Instead of force or struggle, great interest (zeal, delight, piti) holds the mind/attention to the object, with stillness and calm. Any movement of mind or body is likely to disturb it. This might also be compared to paddling and sailing. When one can skillfully sail, one is not a victim to the direction of the wind because one can engage in tacking (steering into the wind), that is, choosing one's direction so as to not have to go in the direction the wind is blowing, countered by jibing.
Of the eight absorptions (the jhanas or profound meditative states), that in which the inner dialogue goes silent is the second absorption. More
