Comedy makes sense of Trump, world

We will ship Gazans by train in cattle carts.
"Somaliland" (not Somalia) is officially called the Republic of Somaliland [b]. It is a partially recognized country in the Horn of Africa. It does not really exist but will be located on the southern coast of the Gulf of Aden and be bordered by Djibouti to the northwest, Ethiopia to the south and west, and Somalia to the east [8] when the Empire of Greater Israel sets it up, installs a leader, and gets the USA to back the plan. Its claimed territory has an area of 68,000 square miles (176,120 square kms) [9], with approximately 6.2 million people as of 2024 [10, 11]. The capital and largest city is Hargeisa. More

(The Jimmy Dore Show) MTG (Marjorie Taylor Greene) calls out Israel over Venezuela. | Top Israeli official says U.S. needs to end First Amendment. | Israel wants U.S. to split Somalia into two countries, the other called "Somali Land," where Israel has a Zionist military base

Reptilian Dragon King Temple: Neak Pean

An artificial reservoir constructed by Nagas?
(PraveenMohan) NOT BUILT FOR (OR BY) HUMANS: Impossible Buddhist-Hindu temple found in Cambodia [seems to have been constructed by and for nagas, "reptilian humanoids," "lizard people," extraterrestrial dragons, serpents, snakes hybridized with humans. It is called Neak Pean or "Entwined Nagas."

.
Garden hospital marked by caduceus?
Neak Pean (or Neak Poan) [2] (Khmer ប្រាសាទនាគព័ន្ធ, "the Entwined Serpents") at Angkor, Cambodia, is an artificial island (ancient hospital and plant pharmacy) and reservoir.

It is a Mahayana Buddhist temple on a circular island in Jayatataka Baray, which was associated with Preah Khan Temple, said to have been built during the reign of King Jayavarman VII [3]: 389. It is the "Mebon" of the Preah Khan baray (the "Jayatataka" of the inscription) [4].
Etymology
Caduceus: two entwined (winged) serpents are the Western symbol of "medicine"
.
The Garden had a medicinal pond for plants?
Some historians believe that Neak Pean represents Anavatapta [5]: 174 , a mythical lake in the Himalayas whose waters are thought to cure all illnesses [6]: 124–125 [7].

The name is derived from the sculptures of snakes (nāgas, reptilians, dragons, serpents) running around the base of the temple structure, neak being the Khmer translation of the Sanskrit word naga.

"They are Nanda and Upa-Nanda, two nagas traditionally associated with Lake Anavatapta" [8]. More

Mickey Mouse Day 2025 (Disney World)

OC is a Tragic Kingdom, right, Gwennie?
Like most of us around here, Gwen Stefani (who long since sold out) and her ska-punk band No Doubt grew up near the original Disneyland (in Anaheim, California). To us it was much more a Tragic Kingdom than a magic one, all Hollywood and transparently capitalist, feeding girls fantasies that a rich prince on a white stallion was on his way any minute now if we just kept our heads down and played our assigned roles, never questioning gender norms and expectations, inherent sexism, and a system of patriarchy that ruined life for 51%+ of the world. Gwen played her role to fame and fortune, but at one time she helped write "Just a Girl" in subtle protest. OC/LA punks love-hated Mickey Mouse, Disney propaganda films, and the kingdom.

  • Was beloved American Walt Disney a well-known antisemite? Production manager Harry Tytle, and head of merchandising Kay Kamen, once quipped that Disney's New York office had "more Jews than The Book of Leviticus" [209]. Wikipedia editors (many of them being trained Zionist propagandists) will write anything to dissociate Walt from his Hitler fandom.
Little-known facts about Mickey Mouse that every Disney lover should know

It's Mickey Mouse Day! Where's Minnie Mouse?
Mickey Mouse is one of the most iconic and beloved characters in the world of entertainment, but there are still many little-known facts about him that even the biggest Disney fans might not be aware of. From his original name to all the way he's made history, here are some fascinating insights into everyone's favorite mouse. More

140K-y-o lost city found on bottom of ocean

A team of scientists has unearthed a concealed city beneath the ocean, potentially offering the first solid evidence of the mythical lost world.

Excavations revealed a Homo erectus skull, believed to be 140,000 years old, along with over 6,000 fossils from 36 species, such as Komodo dragons and elephants, in the Madura Strait off Indonesia.

Sundaland fossils offer tangible proof.
Reported by the Daily Mail, these remnants were entombed under sediment in an area that was once part of Sundaland (Malesia), a massive Southeast Asian land bridge.
  • Hidden city built 140,000 years ago discovered at bottom of ocean (Osheen Yadav, May 24, 2025) Buried beneath the sea off the coast of Indonesia, scientists have made a groundbreaking discovery that could rewrite the story of human origins. The skull of Homo erectus, an ancient human ancestor, was discovered over 140,000 years after it was first buried, preserved beneath layers of silt and sand in the Madura Strait between the islands of Java [site of the world's largest excavated Buddhist temple known as Borobudur] and Madura. Experts say the site may be the first physical evidence of the lost world, a prehistoric landmass known as Sundaland that once connected Southeast Asia in a vast tropical plain. Marks on some of the animal bones suggest early human hunting practices. The discoveries provide a window into the behaviors of our ancestors and their responses to shifting environments. More:

Sedona energy vortexes, talking to ETs, travel

(Sky Life) Is Sky Life is scatter brained nut...or an intrepid female explorer on a mission to understand what we are all curious about but don't have the guts to investigate? She goes to Airport Mesa then the Chocolate Tree vegetarian restaurant, which leads her to Swami Sankarananda from the local Divine Grace Yoga Ashram ("place of austerity"), where she tries to see fairies in addition to vortices. Native guide Rohelio Rodriguez helps her out.

If Bridget Nielsen were here, she'd say this was quite possible, too!
Would Alan Watts approves of such searching?

I followed my excitement for one year

(Sky Life) Dec. 31, 2023: Happy New Year's Day. I followed my excitement for one year, and this is what happened. My one-word intention for 2023 was EXCITEMENT, and what an exciting and special year it was! Thanks so much to everyone for the continued support. It means more than anyone knows. I cannot wait to co-create more excitement, magic, curiosity, and adventure with everyone in 2024.

Israel's NEW war crimes in West Bank

Trump and Bibi poolside in a future Gaza, Palestine, taken over by Israel (Truth Social AI)
Does the State of Israel have a "right" to exist?

Bib's Israel sends tanks into West Bank amid “de facto annexation” of Palestinian territory

Trump is the great aMIGA to Bibi's war crimes.
(Democracy Now!) Feb. 24, 2025: Israel has sent tanks into the illegally Israeli-occupied West Bank in Palestine for the first time in 20 years, as the Israeli military (IDF) escalates its offensive that has already killed countless Palestinians and displaced 40,000.

Israeli Defense Military Minister Israel Katz said Palestinians surviving living in the Jenin, Tulkarm, and Nur Shams refugee camps will not be allowed to return to their homes. (The "right of return," what's that? Why did we hold on to our keys?)

Even without Jared, I've got Donald in my pocket
On Friday, Israeli Prime Minister and de facto Dictator Benyamin "Bibi" Netanyahoo visited the Israeli-occupied West Bank and was photographed holding a meeting inside a Palestinian home that had been invaded and seized by Israeli IDF militants.

On Saturday, Israeli forces fatally shot two Palestinian children — one 12, the other 13 — in separate incidents. “What we are seeing is an intensified campaign aimed at annexation of the West Bank,” says Mariam Barghouti, Palestinian writer and journalist based in Ramallah.

Punk rock Vandals for Xmas? (12/21)

They won't actually vandalize things, will they?
It is strange how some days on the calendar have too much going on. We have to parties to choose from when we were expecting to enjoy the annual punk rock festivities at the Disneyland House of Blues. California life is tough. Not all SoCal punk bands held up, but the Vandals sure have. Their line of classic singalong songs are a strange juxtaposition to all the capitalist holiday fluff and fanfare. Outside the club, in Disney Town, there's endless shopping, eating, and baby-raising; meanwhile, inside, there will be a festive pit, moshing, jumping around, yelling and screaming the lyrics, and see what insane thing the bassist gets up to. Our personal favorite Vandals' song is "Urban Struggle" (aka "I Want to Be a Cowboy"). It's like, what's the use of Halloween if one can't let loose? Kwanchannukkmas is worse, tinsel for the masses, so this is a fun annual event to consider: The Vandals 29th Annual Christmas Formal | House of Blues Anaheim, OC

Dad rock: Limp Bizkit covers Ludacris' "M*ve B*tch," "Smells Like
Teen Spirit" live in the Netherlands where Fred Durst is persona grata

ALTERNATIVES: Of course, there's a yoga studio event for the Winter Solstice and Portal Dance in LA and a vegan potluck in the Valley and our big end-of-year yoga vegan potluck kirtan celebration. See Dharma Buddhist Meditation for details on other things to do.
