Throughout California's history, the San Andreas fault has been responsible for several major earthquakes, some of which have caused considerable devastation. The deadliest so far was:

A SpaceX rocket is scheduled to launch on founder Elon Musk's birthday (June 28), Friday night from the Santa Barbara County coast in California.

The launch is scheduled for 8:14 pm from Vandenberg Space Force Base. The rocket will soar south along the coast with a payload for the National Reconnaissance Office. [Another US spying agency?] The agency builds and operates the United States' fleet of spy satellites. 

The first-stage rocket booster will land on a droneship at sea. The rocket may be visible from all around Los Angeles, but likely won't offer the dramatic spectacle of past launches against a darker sky, unless it launches later in the two-hour launch window.

Sunset is scheduled for 8:08 pm Friday in Los Angeles, just a few minutes before the launch window opens.

The rocket and its exhaust plume are sometimes visible for hundreds of miles as it soars along the coast, if skies are clear and dark enough.

The cause is not warming seas (though bringing the average temperature down would be nice). Dr. Joel Wallach has found the cause and it is acidity brought about as a byproduct of dams. Water running out to sea used to bring massive amounts of base minerals washed out from the mountains. When this was prevented by damming up the sweet water, the seas became more corrosive to delicate living corals. If science knows that because he published it, one would think something would be done about it like transporting silt and sediments over the dam and into the sea like it used to flow. Eruptions are a great source of minerals, so we can say Gaia is just self-adjusting.

It is also possible that donors and movers-and-shakers urged the LAPD and nearby FBI (whose offices are a few blocks away on Wilshire Blvd.) "to do something." [Staged] chaos at UCLA after fights break out during anti-Israel protests

(New York Post) May 1, 2024: Wild video shows the moment pro-genocide counter-protests on campus spiraled out of control overnight on April 30, 2024. Fights against students broke out and deadly firecracker bombs were thrown at the students' makeshift tent encampments.

The commotion broke out at UCLA in Westwood (West Los Angeles) after several outside agitators attempted to break down barricades protecting the students and their encampment on campus.

Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass condemned all of the protesters (not just the violent pro-Israel counter-protestors) before announcing she was sending in the paramilitary LAPD, who were being called in to smash the demonstration in the name of "quelling the chaos."

Israel provokes war with Iran with bombings

(Faris Tanyos reporting for CBS News) Iran on Saturday evening launched drones toward Israel [in retaliation for Israel's recent provocations], the Israeli military said. In a statement, Israel Defense Forces [Israel's militant, illegal, genocidal IDF] said that Iran launched unmanned aerial vehicles "from within its territory toward Israel."

"The IDF is on high alert and is constantly monitoring the operational situation," the statement read. "The IDF Aerial Defense Array is on high alert, along with IAF fighter jets and Israeli Navy vessels that are on a defense mission in Israeli airspace. The IDF is monitoring all targets."

Israel provoked Iran, and by daring to react,
the USA/CIA has been pulled in by force.

No further details on the assault were immediately provided. Israeli officials told CBS News it could be many hours before the drones reach Israeli airspace. "Iran has begun an airborne attack against Israel," National Security Council (NSC) spokesperson Adrienne Watson said in a statement.

CIA/Pentagon already in place to use this pretext

Pres. Genocide Joe Biden had returned to the White House on Saturday in preparation for an imminent attack.

"President Biden is being regularly updated on the situation by his national security team and will meet with them this afternoon at the White House," the statement went on.

"His team is in constant communication with Israeli officials as well as other partners and allies. This attack is likely to unfold over a number of hours. President Biden has been clear: our support for Israel's security is ironclad. The United States will stand with the people of Israel and support their defense against these threats from Iran."

In a statement, the IRGC acknowledged that attack, saying Iran had "launched a punitive strike against the occupied territories."

What could have happened in Libya?

Once a very smart man, Muammar Khaddafi realized he should unite the countries of the continent of Africa and make a gold-back unit of money to compete with the universal greenback (the presumptive world currency because of the U.S. imposing its use on everyone else for the oil trade). This earned the wealthy leader of Libya a death sentence. The U.S. was not going to put up with a fair playing field or a united Pan-Africa.

Though he was taken out, with one president bombing his personal house to teach him a lesson, flaunting all international standards, using the pretext that it was just revenge for something or a preemptive strike on something we were going to say he was going to do. Sure, this horrific flooding that has already killed 20,000 is just an "act of God," climate change collateral damage, chance, bad luck... The covert military had no hand in it. We're just a God-fearing nation seeking vengeance on or enemies, real and perceived. (WQ) Do people know what an implosion is? Most do not. It is an explosion. Why? When the pressure outside is greater and a crack forms, the pressurized space collapsing with tremendous force. So forceful is the collapse, the implosion, that it immediately causes an explosion. Try it. Take a fluorescent bulb or better an old TV tube. Set up a high-speed camera. Then make a crack in it with, say, a baseball bat. Now play the tape back in slow motion. See how the tube draws in then immediately, with explosive force, shoots out? That is an implosion, which triggers an explosion. So what happened at the bottom of the sea or below the water at some as yet unknown depth? The pressure outside the submersible capsule got too great. At the bottom, where the Titanic sits, the depth is 4,000 feet. And the pressure is 6,000 lbs. per square inch. That means that one inch of the sub is bearing the weight of two SUVs, and this is true for every inch of the sub. When it cracks -- and it was bound to crack because it was only built to withstand pressure to a depth of 1,300 feet, according to reports coming in. The sub had been used multiple time, each time pressurizing and decompressing it, which would apparently weaken the structure. It would, therefore, not take much to instantaneously cave in and immediately obliterate the contents as the sub descended. It was doomed. And the view from it is bad, very bad, with just one small hole at the tip for everyone to look out of, no seats, and nothing to do but get claustrophobia and cold, in the dark and praying to get through it. Now they've been reborn. Will anyone else be taking the tour?

As a search and rescue mission continues for a private submersible that went missing while on an expedition to explore the wreckage of the Titanic, more is emerging about its five passengers. Among the confirmed passengers are British businessman Hamish Harding; Pakistani businessman Shahzada Dawood and his teenage son, Suleman; and French explorer Paul-Henri Nargeolet. Stockton Rush, the CEO of OceanGate, the company that operates the vessel, is also inside it, the BBC reports. OceanGate billed this trip as an opportunity to "become one of the few to see the Titanic with your own eyes." The company said the fee for securing a seat on the vessel was $250,000.00 (a quarter million U.S. dollars), according to its website. The trip was billed as more than mere tourism, however.
