Hinduism: throwing powder for HOLI

A celebration of the Holi Festival of Colors in Utah, United States of America, 2013

Holi Explained | The Hindu Festival of Colors
(ReligionForBreakfast) March 13, 2025: Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, celebrates romantic love (as personified by Kamadeva, a kind of Cupid-Eros figure in Indian religions, sometimes representing Mara, the worst demon of all), spring, and the victory of good over evil, but its meaning is deeper than just throwing bright colored powders.

  • It doesn't feel toxic. *Cough-cough*
When is this purnima? On the last full moon of winter (the Indian month of Phalguna), which in 2025 is March 13-14.
Holi (\ho-ly\) is a major Hindu festival celebrated as the Festival of Colors, Love, and Spring. It celebrates the eternal and divine love of the deities Radha and her consort Krishna.

Additionally, the day signifies the triumph of good over evil, light over dark, as it commemorates the victory of Vishnu as Narasimha ("Man-Lion") over Hiranyakashipu. Holi originated and is predominantly celebrated on the Indian subcontinent but has spread to other regions of Asia and parts of the Western world through the Indian diaspora. More: Holi

Morningstar on CIA, MK-Ultra, Montauk

Robert Morningstar (robertmorningstar.substack.com) appeared on Coast to Coast on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2024, repeatedly mentioning Stewart Swerdlow.

Civilian intelligence analyst and psychotherapist Robert Morningstar discussed his research on the origins of the MK-ULTRA (the CIA's trauma-based mind control program) and Montauk Project (militarized time travel experimentation).
  • The CIA committed to assassinating JFK and Dallas was the backup plan. They targeted him previously in Miami and ordered the SS (Secret Service) to stand down to permit its shooting teams to hit their mark. Pres. Kennedy was mad that CIA Director Allen Dulles was helping, being helped, and sheltering NAZIs. The CIA's structure (as the OSS) seems based on NAZI Germany's Gestapo secret police. See more at foia.cia.gov
Why did CIA publicly assassinate JFK?
Ever get the feeling the CIA doesn't like you?
Morningstar posits that JFK's attempts to dismantle the CIA and expose UFO interactions with the U.S. government were pivotal in the reasons for his very public assassination and the coup d'état that followed.

It was very important to traumatize the nation by showing the brutal assassination on TV, repeating it until it was seared in the nation's collective imagination, traumatizing the American public as part of the Company's mind control programming. This trauma must be repeated regularly, each time with more flare and emphasis, leading to 9/11, wildfires, hurricanes, gore, destruction, Jan. 6th to cement the control.

"I think...the intention to reveal the UFO presence and interaction with U.S. government was the final [straw and] nail in his coffin," Morningstar says, noting that Pres. Kennedy's efforts to dissolve the CIA's rogue actions and prevent nuclear proliferation were also factors.

That guy doesn't know how to play ball.
Expressing sympathy for patsy Lee Harvey Oswald, whom he described as a patsy set up by larger forces to take the blame and fall for a crime he did not commit, Morningstar suggests that he actually sacrificed his life for his country and was betrayed.

Headshot on TV with FBI in audience filming
Studying "hundreds of photographs, articles, documents," and CIA files, Morningstar concludes that "the CIA hired the Chicago mafia to contract out the assassination of President Kennedy."

Morningstar specifically named JAMES FILES as the shooter who fired the fatal bullet from the Grassy Knoll but indicated that there were "four teams shooting" that day, including French assassins brought in by the CIA.

Montauk Project
You want trauma? I'll give you...
According to Morningstar, the Montauk Project in Montauk, New York, involved mind control experiments and the programming of assassins (such as Monarch Butterflies, sexy female assassins), including James Files, who had been recruited into the program as a young boy.

CIA official Cord Meyer, whom Morningstar associates with the New World Order, was the person tasked with starting MK-ULTRA, the CIA's mind control program. More + AUDIO coasttocoastam.com/show/2024-10-23-show

Skip breakfast. Cleanse instead (video)

What about shakes like MUD WTR? Wait.
One of the most common of nutritional MYTHS is that breakfast is "the most important meal of the day" trope, which was popularized by the Seventh Day Adventist John Harvey Kellogg to promote sales of his cash cow cr*p "Corn Flakes Cereal."

Fifty years later Edward Bernays, "the father of public relations" (PR, commercial for-profit propaganda) and one of the pioneers of modern-day advertising, convinced Americans that eating a high calorie, high protein meal first thing in the morning was part of some kind of healthy lifestyle.

What about plant-based pea protein?
The fact is that it is not. Facts about breakfast are a bit different. First of all, our paleolithic ancestors, whose bodies and biochemical needs were much like ours, didn't start off the morning with a big meal.

More likely they went without or perhaps began the day with some seeds or maybe plant material of some kind. Second, eating draws blood and nutritional resources away from the brain and the muscles towards the digestive tract, leading to drowsiness and feeling a need for a nap. This is not a plus for productivity.

Perhaps most importantly, between our last meal of the previous day and our next on the following day, the body is gradually becoming ketogenic, which means weight loss, more energy, and improvements in inflammation markers (less inflammation).

If one must eat breakfast, avoid cereal (which is full of toxic acrylamides, sugar, preservatives, coloring and synthetic flavoring agents and, worst of all, plant lectins like gluten, gliadin, fagopyrins in the case of wheat, oat, buckwheat, rye, and barley), sweets, and processed foods.

Stick to protein and good fats: avocados, raw soaked nuts, and green leaves. Enjoyed with lots of salt and natural spices, all are great foods to start off the day, [the later the better. Drink 16 to 20 ounces of water first thing in the morning, as this will help complete the overnight cleansing process, a natural cycle that completes around 11:00 am.] More

Help with Meditation/Concentration

(zshare.net) There's nothing like starting off the day with meditation. Whether it's five hours or simply five minutes. The important thing is to start. After 21 days it will be a habit. There are many positive benefits to amaze one. The entire day becomes different. And there are many ways to meditate. Find the way that suits you best. Working on oneself is always an "inside job." One simply needs to kick it off. If you succeed in meditating by enjoying this track, excellent. May you have peace and joy, friendship and fun: Live your truth, the truth, making it your ultimate statement.

Afternoon Concentration

Enlightenment is not an "achievement." It is a realization of what already is. Our lives are a journey from knowing, to not knowing, to knowing once again. In meditation it becomes possible to move the other way around from subconscious, to self-conscious, to superconscious. This may be called rapid evolution, self-realization through self-transcendence, going from the limited to the unbounded. It is available now. Practice peace.
