ANGER: Black woman says US is racist

Hate is good? War, what is it good for?
How can you smile at a time like this, woman?
Would that we had the power to say to the aggrieved, "Don't not hate, do not seethe." The poison we take does not harm another. Look at the "Anger Eating Demon," who feeds on hate, who delights in seeing fair opponents become rabid enemies. (Rabies isn't good to have for the biting dog who has it). Of course we understand the sentiment. It is easy to see the folly in others, almost impossible to see it in ourselves. What does it help to hate? Rally, riot, argue, protest, or anything, but hate? It is self-defeating.

Man, when will people wake up?
Sure Trump lies, but we don't fall for it. The Deep States lies, and we fell for it hook, line, and sinker, believing Genocide Joe Biden was an answer to the problem of Trump or that a campaign losing professional named KD Harris had half of what it would take to defeat a liar and a movement based on those lies. (It's not like he's going to do all that he says; he's a liar, after all, and he gets by on lying, telling people what they want to hear, giving hope the way a con man gives it: with nothing but regret in return).

The Dictator has no clothes and little hair.
So be at ease at heart. Rally, fight, protest, oppose, but seeing "enemy" status setting in, relax. Back away. What does a demon want other than for people to hate? Demons delight in hating. Look around. Other people are remaining sane while seeing what we're all seeing. If they can do it without coming down with the disease that is hate (dosa), so can we. A smart opponent is far stronger than a hateful one who expends all energy on negativity and harm.

O, what's your complaint?

(Olurinatti) Nov. 6, 2024: Donald Trump won, and America will regret it. [Should we give more exposure to an angry voice, to hate or resentment? While these things are harmful to the hater, eaten alive from the inside out, it's important because it represents the feelings of many in the country at this time of mourning. Anger, according to Abraham-Hicks, represents an improvement over depression or despair. So we have to acknowledge our feelings. We have to have an arena where unpopular things can be said. Goodness knows Trump, no matter how racist and overt his dog whistles are, gets his say.] OSQUARED

America chose Donald Trump. I'm not surprised.

Meditation is RISKY: Willoughby Britton

Willoughby Britton, Scott Carney, 1/4/24; Dhr. Seven, Amber Larson (eds.), Wisdom Quarterly
What if something happens on the inside? Shouldn't we all play it safe and just stay ignorant?

Why do so many meditators want to kill this neuroscientist?
(Scott CarneyScott Carney Investigates: When Brown University Prof. Willoughby Britton set out to study the potential negative side effects of meditation, she never expected that the [super peaceful Buddhist] community would want to hound her out of her job.

I'm an academic. Let me have some freedom.
But that's what happened after her study on the "Varieties of Contemplative Experience" came out and she documented how one out of every ten people who start meditating have a clinically significant negative side effect.

Now she has a folder with 5,000 threats from people all around the world who want to stop her from reporting the truth.

De-stress with Brain Wave Vibration

Learn how to release stress, clear your thoughts, and allow your body to take care of itself. See brainwavevibration.com for personal stories, news, and other features. Brain Wave Vibration training is one of the simplest forms of Brain Education and also one of the most effective.

It focuses on the most basic part of the brain, the brain stem. The brain stem is critical to health because it is the area of the brain that controls breathing, heart rate, stress response, and many other autonomic functions of the body.

This method is designed to get the neocortex (the thinking part of the brain) out of the way of the brain stem. That is one of the main purposes of meditation.

If one is under continuous stress, it is likely the brain stem cannot reestablish equilibrium in the body. The neocortex is constantly sending messages to the brain stem that keeps one in a fight-flight-or-freeze state. Over time, this leads to tremendous wear and tear on the body and mind.

So what is the way out of this vicious cycle of stress?

One gets out of the way and lets the brain stem do its work. By helping to calm and empty the thinking mind, Brain Wave Vibration training allows one to transcend the negative thought patterns and emotions that keep one constantly in a state of stress.

Brain Wave Vibration training uses vibrations in the body to change the vibrations in the brain, creating waves that resonate properly with the rest of the body's functions. Through the gentle rhythms created in the body, release bodily tension and bring the brain toward a calm, meditative state.
