Perhaps this is not [to the level of] "Weather Warfare" [the U.S. secretly practices], but it's cloud-seeding nonetheless.

The CEO of a weather modification technology company has confirmed cloud seeding operations took place in Texas just two days before the deadly central Texas flood occurred.

NBC News reported that CEO Augustus Doricko of Rainmaker, a weather modification company, said planes had released silver iodide into the atmosphere in Texas two days prior to the fatal Texas Hill Country (Guadalupe River) floods that have claimed over 100 lives.

Now, what are we to believe? Doricko claims the cloud-seeding operations did not cause the flooding in Texas.

According to Doricko, Rainmaker flew a brief 20-minute cloud-seeding mission in southcentral Texas last Tuesday but suspended all operations that same day due to abnormally high moisture content in the air.

The two clouds seeded during the Tuesday flight would have dissipated after a few hours and would have had no effect [whatsoever] on the floods several days later, he added.

Cloud-seeding involves using chemicals, often particles of silver iodide [or other particulate matter as is used in chemtrail aerosol campaigns that feature barium, aluminum, red blood cells, and secret ingredients to amplify EMF and microwave signals from H.A.A.R.P.], to trigger the formation of ice crystals or droplets from water that’s already present in a cloud but not being efficiently turned into rain.

Though the technique has been studied for decades [refined by American war criminals during the US War on Vietnam to flood the jungle and root out Viet Cong soldiers with 50 or so inches of rain to inundate specified areas during war], it remains difficult to predict the additional rainfall that cloud-seeding operations can generate, with estimates ranging widely from 0% to 20%.

What’s clear is that the technique [so far admitted to] would not have been able to generate the record-breaking rainfall seen in Texas. So much rain fell that the Guadalupe River at Kerrville, one of the epicenters of the floods, rose some 26 feet (8 meters) in less than an hour overnight on Friday [while campers slept while celebrating the 4th of July weekend or attending Christian girls summer camp].

"Based on the meteorological evidence, the Texas floods were caused by a powerful natural weather system, with thunderstorms fed by very moist air from the warm Gulf of Mexico," said Andrew Charlton-Perez, professor of meteorology at the University of Reading in the UK.

In a post on X (Twitter), Doricko shared: "The last seeding mission prior to the July 4th event was during the early afternoon of July 2nd, when a brief cloud seeding mission was flown over the eastern portions of south-central Texas, and two clouds were seeded."

Further: "The clouds that were seeded on July 2nd dissipated over 24 hours prior to the developing storm complex that would produce the flooding rainfall."

What are the rain gods mad about?

It's always sunny in LA, uh, it's almost always sunny in LA. The sun hasn't been seen for days with chemtrails prepping us for the deluge. We have had 30 hours straight of rain. In place of the sun, cold rain clouds have caused a chill everywhere with flooding in most places, like the hippie haven known as Topanga near Santa Monica. Topanga is a downhill area from the Valley to the Santa Monica Bay of the Pacific Ocean. It's a ravine that has received 11 inches of rain, six years' worth over a few days. Lots of places in the Valley are flooding, as they usually do. The Los Angeles River is raging and barely holding up. The foothills of the San Garbriel Mountain range (Angeles Crest Forest) county woodlands behind the city form a catch basin or headwaters for the LA flood control system. Otherwise, it would all wash across the suburbs and urban areas into the sea of plastic that is the local ocean. This means the mushrooms are in bloom all around, but it will be years before the damage can all be fixed.

What Are They Spraying? Investigate

The ability of stratospheric sulfate aerosols to create a global dimming (and cooling) effects has made them a candidate for geoengineering projects.

The purpose would be to limit the effect and impact of climate change due to rising levels of greenhouse gases [particularly methane, which in the short run if up to 1,000 times more heat-trapping than carbon dioxide].

Delivery of precursor sulfide gases such as hydrogen sulfide (H2S) or sulfur dioxide (SO2) by artillery, aircraft, and balloons has been proposed.

 

Tom Wigley calculated the impact of injecting sulfate particles, or aerosol dispersants, every one to four years into the stratosphere in amounts equal to those lofted by the volcanic eruption of Mount Pinatubo in 1991.

But Wigley did not address the many technical and political challenges involved in potential geoengineering efforts. If found to be economically, environmentally, and technologically viable, such injections could provide a “grace period” of up to 20 years before major cutbacks in greenhouse gas emissions would be required, he concludes.

Paul Crutzen proposes direct delivery of precursors. This would typically be achieved using sulfide gases such as dimethyl sulfide, sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbonyl sulfide, or hydrogen sulfide (H2S).

These compounds would be delivered using artillery, aircraft (such as the high-flying F15C), or balloons. Use would result in the formation of compounds with the sulfate anion SO42.

According to estimates by the Council on Foreign Relations, “one kilogram of well placed sulfur in the stratosphere would roughly offset the warming effect of several hundred thousand kilograms of carbon dioxide.”

HONG KONG, China - Hong Kong police blasted pro-democracy protesters with tear gas and used vans with flashing lights in renewed efforts overnight to force demonstrators from streets near the government headquarters, as the city's top leader early Monday urged them to go home.

Hong Kong's top leader, Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying, reassured the public that rumors the Chinese army might intervene were untrue. "I hope the public will keep calm. Don't be misled by the rumors. Police will strive to maintain social order, including ensuring smooth traffic and ensuring the public safety," said the Beijing-backed Leung, who is deeply unpopular. He added, "When they carry out their duties, they will use their maximum discretion."
 
As sit-ins spread to other areas of Hong Kong in the strongest challenge yet to Beijing's decision to limit democratic reforms for the semi-autonomous city, Leung urged everyone to go home and avoid causing trouble.

"We don't want Hong Kong to be messy," Leung said as he read a statement aloud early Monday on TV. After spending hours holding protesters at bay, police lobbed canisters of tear gas into the crowd on Sunday evening. The searing fumes sent demonstrators fleeing, though many came right back to continue their protest. The government said 26 people were taken to hospitals; some carried away on stretchers.

As the protest dragged past midnight, police began pushing the crowds back with their vans. Meanwhile, some protesters began occupying other downtown areas. Some protesters pulled back, fearing police might move more aggressively to end the protests, which began with sit-ins over a week earlier by students calling for Beijing to grant genuine democratic reforms to the former British colony.
