Psychedelic Sangha LA: Psilocybin (Jan. 4)

An evening of contemplation and practice with research scientist Katherine MacLean,* who is a former Johns Hopkins investigator.

MacLean is an integration guide with expertise in mindfulness meditation and psychedelic mind training.

She'll be in discussion with writer, religious scholar, and podcaster Erik Davis (techgnosis.com) along with yoga instructor Spiros Antonopoulos (ardor.la, ultraculture.org).

There will be an open discussion about the direction of the Psychedelic Sangha (psychedelicsangha.org) here at this inaugural Psychedelic Sangha Los Angeles event.

*Dr. Katherine MacLean is a research scientist with expertise in mindfulness meditation and psychedelics, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Conducted legal clinical trials of psilocybin ("magic mushrooms”), co-founded and directed New York's Psychedelic Education and Continuing Care Program, has helped bring medical and humanitarian aid to remote Himalayan villages, currently a sub-investigator in a federally-approved clinical trial of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD (maps.org).
