I want to be ageless and in bliss (sutra)

Neowake (pineal activation ); Dhr. Seven, Ellie Askew (eds.), Amata Sutta: The "Deathless Discourse" (SN 47.41) based on Ven. Thanissaro (trans.) via Access to Insight org, Wisdom Quarterly

Realize the deathless state.
Thus have I heard. At one time the Blessed One was residing in Savatthi.

There he said: "Meditators, remain with your minds/hearts well established in the Four [Settings Up or Foundations] of Mindfulness.

"Let not the deathless (amata = nirvana) be lost to you. "What are the four? In one a meditator
  1. remains focused on this body in and of itself — ardent, alert, and mindful — subduing desire and dejection regarding the world.
  2. One remains focused on sensations...
  3. One remains focused on mind...
  4. One remains focused on mental objects (dhammas = phenomena) in and of themselves — ardent, alert, and mindful — subduing greed and grief with regard to the world.
"Meditators, remain with your hearts/minds well established in these Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Let not the deathless be lost to you."
