LIVE: Russia launch of ‘Challenge’ movie crew to the Int'l Space Station

(CosmoSapiens) Russian Roscosmos to launch Soyuz MS-19 crewed mission with "Challenge" movie actress and filmmaker to the International Space Station.

Liftoff is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 1:55 pm local time (08:55 UTC) from Baikonur Cosmodrome, Kazakhstan. This Soyuz MS-19 mission will carry Russian cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov, actress Yulia Peresild, and film producer Klim Shipenko to the ISS, where they will film segments for a movie. It will mark the expansion of commercial space opportunities to include feature filmmaking.
