"When you elect a clown, expect a circus," we would say to anyone who asked why the mainstream media obsesses about the Orange One, DJ Trump. Anyone who has read or heard the BBC Radio version of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams knows that the job of the president is not to wield power so much as it is to divert attention away from who really wields this power. So let the S Show go on. It's all a distraction for those who literally believe there are the individuals who make decisions about the boring and bureaucratic details of running a world-consuming empire akin to England and ancient Rome.
