Rev. Kusala
Rev. Kusala, an American Mahayana Buddhist monk (born Lutheran) living in Los Angeles, shares his understanding of Buddhism in a simple, non-technical way. He uses stories, humor, and personal insights. Rev. Kusala speaks about the Buddha and his teachings in churches, high schools, colleges, and universities throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
(Kusala Bhikshu) We can choose calm over chaos through meditation. This is a short interview with Rev. Kusala on meditation by Lissa Coffey for "Coffey Talk" (coffeytalk.com).
