Vesak 2022: Celebrate and Commemorate the Birth, Great Enlightenment, and Final Passing into Nirvana of the historical Buddha. Dr. Trudy Goodman, PhD, is the founding teacher of InsightLA.org. This online celebration is for all experience levels. It is also a donation-based class, where no one is turned away for lack of funds.
It is Saturday, May 7, 2022, from 10:00-11:30 AM PT. The Vesak Festival, also known as Buddha Day, is a celebration honoring the birth, great awakening, and passing of the historical Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama (Siddhattha Gotama). Join Insight LA in celebration of its practice including a guided meditation and sharing.
