Jesus in India: Lost Gospels and Tantric Secrets
(Paul Wallis, Australia, July 8, 2022) What connects Christianity with Tantric Buddhism? Do the Gnostic Gospels and tantric secrets hold a key to the story of the "resurrection" of Jesus? When we apply form analysis, source analysis, and etymology to the stories of the Bible, layers of hidden story emerge. It's true of the Elohim (gods) stories in the Hebrew scriptures, and it's true of Jesus (Saint Issa) in the New Testament.

In Part 4 of this Jesus in India series the idea is explored further with some personal reflections on the implications.

Ricardo Francis Zayas(Ricardo Francis Zayas, pinned by Paul Wallis, 7/23/22) If the Pali canon was not written down until the 1st century B.C.E., how could the Mahaparanibbana Sutta ("The Great Final-Nirvana Discourse") be disseminated to locations in the Middle East and Europe of the 1st century AD? Did the sutra make its way to the Middle East via oral tradition or writing?
