Working with Emotions: 15-Min Guided Meditation to Release Suppressed Emotions
(The Mindful Movement) Take 15 minutes out of a busy day to relax and let go of any negative or difficult emotions that have been holding on. As the body unwinds, any emotional strain we have been carrying begs to be released.

Feelings we choose not to experience do not just disappear, but they are held in our physical being and can be manifested as unpleasant bodily symptoms. By releasing our suppressed emotions, we can alleviate the suffering within us. Enjoy this 15-minute meditation to do just that.
