I'm ready for yoga! I did the most important thing. I bought this outfit that really shows my...
(Miska Käppi) I studied yoga for 20 years, and 99% was fake
OK, they say never drink before yoga class, but I think a little booze is not bad. Oops!!!
Bhoja is not bogus; it is "something done for enjoyment," according to B.K.S. Iyengar, says Miska Käppi, as many bhojis calling themselves "yogis" practice nowadays.
Yoga is not a lot of twisting, breathing, or jumping around in a modern studio; it is to "unite," to bring about "union" of the self (atman, "soul") with Brahman (the Ultimate) and/or breath (prana, "holy spirit"), the conventional divine (Brahma, the Creator), Vishnu (the Preserver) usually nowadays in the form of Shiva, the Destroyer
What looks like a repeating gif is actually a remarkable stunt
Yoga postures for balance, strength, and flexibility
Messianic Bikram Choudhury as persecuted Christ figure
What is "the real thing"? One answer is The Eightfold Path: Ashtanga (Integral Yoga sometime Raja/Royal Yoga), a system of achieving "union" with the divine by the practice of eight limbs of the path: Yamas (external disciplines), Niyamas (internal disciplines), Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama (breath control), Pratyahara (sense withdrawal), Dharama (concentration), Dhyana (meditative absorptions, jhanas), and Samadhi (union, integration, coherence). The whole purpose of Yoga -- at least in ancient times between gurus and chelas (teachers and disciples) -- is MEDITATION. Asanas (lit. "seats") allow one to sit longer, more comfortably, and with stability. That is to say, practicing for the meditative absorptions is to reach of Samadhi. Who can say otherwise?
What is a rubber yacht? - It is a plasticized dinghy.
Who is Hymie? It is a religious slur for Jews derived from the Hebrew Chaim ("life"), pronounced /hai-ym/ or /hay-yim/. It is also used in the term "Hymietown," a nickname for Brooklyn, NY, and as a Jewish first name.
Who is Cohen? - Common Jewish surname, reminiscent of a priest or someone descended from a priestly caste.
In that case, what is The Rubber Yacht of Hymie Cohen? - It is a misapprehension and misunderstanding of the famous translated Persian text, Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam.
The Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam: new modern translation
Omar Khayyam (1048–1131) was a Persian astronomer and mathematician born in Nishapur in northeastern Iran, who lived and worked at the courts of the Seljuk dynasty.
Modern scholars agree that there is very little (if any) of the collected work of poetry known as the Rubaiyat of Omar Khayyam that can with certainty be attributed to the historical figure.
A tradition of attribution grew up in the centuries after Khayyam’s death, which culminated in the popular Edward Fitzgerald’s translation in the 19th century. More
Look, America, look what Iran is doing to us. Jump in and save us. All we did was bomb and kill them discriminately, saying we only "target" intended sites and can't be held accountable for "collateral" damage in the prosecution of our internationally illegal war of aggression. When we rule this entire region, Europe and our partners will be glad they stepped in and joined our "crusade" and march to imperial victory. With America's resources, we could have an empire of our very own, making us the strongest regional power with secret stockpiles of banned nuclear weapons we do not allow to be inspected. That may have gotten Iraq blown off the map, but Uncle Sam says it's okay if we do it, right, Mr. Trump? The CIA already talked to you and told you Benny Netanyahu is our man on the ground, installed to do this job with an international coalition of Zionist backers (Christian collaborators), many of them secular Jews bandying about biblical references as part of the psyops and propaganda campaigns that are a part of every war.
What did Hollywood Mel Gibson say about "Jews starting all the wars in the world"?
Gibson, a hardcore Catholic Christian one would think would be a Zionist for the cause of biblical propaganda to usurp the Middle East and put it in the hands of secular Jews who say, "God loves us and gives us all this land and anyone who says otherwise will be cursed." Do Zionists and secular Jews disproportionately influence the media in the West? [You can't say that! You can't even suggest that! That's antisemitism or at least anti-Zionism and the propagandists are conflating the two. If you say a word against the criminal state of Israel, it's because you hate all Jewish people, and that will not be tolerated in much of the Western world.]
It's either true or not. I said it. Sorry to offend.
Mel Gibson, an Australian American in Hollywood, allegedly said: "The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world," asking a police officer: "Are you a Jew?" [as if to accuse that officer of being a Jew, which he may have been.]
Mr. Gibson said in a statement: "Please know from my heart that I am not an anti-Semite. I am not a bigot. Hatred of any kind goes against my [Catholic] faith. There will be many in that [Jewish dominated Hollywood] community who will want nothing to do with me, and that would be understandable," he added. "But I pray that that door is not forever closed [and that we can make blockbuster movies together soon about my favorite Jew, Jesus the white god of Israel and King of the Jews]."
Rabbi Marc Schneier, president of the Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, commented: "The process of repentance in Judaism is three C's: contrition, confession, and change. Gibson clearly is contrite, and he has made a public confession. But the third step can only be evaluated after an extended period of time."
The Hollywood actor (who became famous as Mad Max) is known for holding strongly conservative, Catholic views on religion and politics and last came under fire from Jewish groups in 2004 for his super successful Christian movie The Passion of Christ [which almost eclipsed the memory of the pro-Jewish Jesus Christ Superstar movie that takes a Jewish perspective on the so-called "Messiah," which most Jews say is not the "savior," not the "Messiah," and nothing but another rabblerouser giving the nice Romans so much trouble].
Still, we wasn't as dark as the swarthy Irish, Mate. Thems is black. We be the fair ones.

DNA analysis of Britain's 10,000-year-old complete skeleton reveals first modern Britons dad 'dark to black' skin
ETs must hybridized us something wicked.
In findings that knocked the wind out of long-held assumptions about early British inhabitants, DNA analysis of Britain's oldest complete skeleton proved the first modern Britons who lived about 10,000 years ago had "dark to black" skin, according to the BBC.
The ancient skeleton, known as Cheddar Man, was discovered in 1903 in Somerset's Gough's Cave and gave scientists a glimpse into Britain's prehistoric past.
Researchers from the Natural History Museum and University College London extracted DNA by drilling a tiny 2 mm hole in the ancient skull.
"It really shows up that these imaginary racial categories that we have are really very modern constructions, or very recent constructions, that really are not applicable to the past at all," said Tom Booth, an archaeologist at the Natural History Museum, who worked on the project, according to The Guardian.
We Brits were right savages then, unlike now.
The analysis painted this ancient Briton in vivid detail: a hunter-gatherer with blue eyes, dark curly hair [just like the historical Buddha, who was Central Asian and had curly black hair, Eurasian blue eyes, and golden skin], and a complexion that was "dark to black" [though the Buddha had a fair complexion, records show].
This combination of features — though startling to the modern observer — was common in Western Europe during this period.
Cheddar Man's ancestors had migrated out of Africa via the Middle East, eventually crossing Doggerland, the ancient land bridge connecting Britain to continental Europe, stated the BBC. Open the YouTube video
Prof. Chris Stringer, who studied the Cheddar Man skeleton for four decades, was astonished with the reconstruction:
"To come face-to-face with what this guy could have looked like -- and that striking combination of the hair, the face, the eye color, and that dark skin: something a few years ago we couldn't have imagined and yet that's what the scientific data show," he said, according to the BBC.
These findings represent a surprise to many because genes that confer light skin only began to spread through European populations much later than scientists assumed.
Pale skin, scientists now propose, evolved in farming populations of Europe about 6,000 years ago, possibly as an adaptation to help the skin synthesize Vitamin D from the sun more efficiently. More

Mexico has shattered its glass ceiling, as Jewish Claudia Sheinbaum was inaugurated on Oct. 1st, 2024 (Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year), as the country's first female president.
As president, Sheinbaum is expected to largely follow the mandates of her predecessor, former Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
Both are members of the left-wing Morena political party, and López Obrador was considered one of the most progressive Mexican leaders in decades.
Morena ("brunette") is a strange name for a party because it is the feminine form of the Spanish word moreno, which means "dark." It's as if white Jewish Sheinbaum is now the head of the non-white, the dark-skin party. What's in a name? It's only a name. Let's look into it a little more: Morena (political party). Ah, it's just an abbreviation that sounds like the word not the word itself. But it would be as if the Democrats called themselves the PINKS (Progressive Incel Non-KisserS) and the Republicans the NAZIS (Nice All'american Zamboni Ice'eaterS). It sounds accurate but is misleading.
!Que viva Mexico! ("Long live Mexico!")
Pres. Sheinbaum will have one major difference from López Obrador, though, as Mexico's new president will have a nearly unprecedented level of power at her disposal.
This comes as the result of several factors, including the weakening of Mexico's judiciary and sweeping congressional control by the Morena party.
Despite this, Pres. Sheinbaum may still be facing an uphill battle to fix the many problems facing her country.
Why will Sheinbaum be such a powerful president?
Mexico is big, young, and exotic
It is partly because she is taking over a "government utterly dominated by the ruling Morena party," said The Conversation. The party has existed for just over 10 years [when for 75+ years the PRI ruled Mexican politics], but "has exploited pervasive public disillusionment with the more established parties."
As a result, the party has solid majorities in both chambers of Mexico's Congress; three-quarters of the country's 32 state governors are also from the Morena party.
This gubernatorial and congressional consolidation, completed by the still-popular López Obrador's coalition, means Pres. Sheinbaum "begins her term in an extremely powerful position," said The Conversation.
The Morena party is "now so dominant that Mexicans are likening the new government to the one-party system that ruled for most of the 20th century," said The Washington Post. [That would be the PRI.]
Pres. Sheinbaum's power will also be boosted by López Obrador's "judicial overhaul that will over the next three years replace all of the country's judges with new jurists elected by popular vote," said Reuters.
This could lead to a highly politicized judiciary that works in Pres. Sheinbaum's favor. Mexico "will be transformed, for all practical purposes, into a one-party autocracy," former Mexican President Ernesto Zedillo said at The Economist.

Woman born in 1878 talks about her childhood in Los Angeles in the 1880s
How could Belle Buford remember so far back?
(Life in the 1800s) Mrs. Belle Buford Thom Collins was born in 1878 in Los Angeles (which she pronounces, as many whites used to, "Loss An'gless"), California. She speaks about her childhood in the Los Angeles of the 1880s. Her father, LA Mayor Cameron Erskine Thom (1825-1915), who served L.A. between 1882 and 1884. Mrs. Collins' niece, Rowena, speaks in the beginning of the recording.
This audio has been remastered for clarity. It was recorded on Nov. 26, 1964. The original tape contained several gaps, so some points begin mid-sentence. All photographs are of early Los Angeles, from the 1870s to the late 1890s. Source: The Huntington Library californiarevealed.org/island...

Euro legacy of racism? Implicit bias: LA Times reckons with its record on race and racism
(Los Angeles Times) Sept. 27, 2020: The big LA newspaper is taking an unflinching look at its history, as institutions across America reflect on racial inequality and the legacy of past harm lingering today.
Whites do not know much about it because they were not the ones who had to suffer it so much as being the ones whom the system privileged and gave advantages to. Now we see widespread gentrification as the climax of a slow genocide of Natives is reached. There are three groups that are prominent in this:
the white European settler colonialists,
the residual brown Mexicans from this being Mexico for so many centuries, and
the red Indigenous (Indian, Native Americans, First Nations) peoples who have been here the longest.
The picture is complicated by the fact that the Spanish (from Europe's Iberian Peninsula with its strong ties to imperial Rome and the priestly and banking arm of the military known today as the Holy Roman Catholic Church) blended European and Indian blood to such an extent that nearly all Mexicans living here now are a blend of two peoples.
Racist Glendale, an LA Sundown Town, is where
as teenagers my white girlfriend and I hung out.
(The Casta system survives only now it deal metes out privileges and punishments in a less than overt ways, whereas in the past it was enforced by laws on the books).
There's no dividing us now even in a white-majority hegemon that screams, "We're a minority now like everyone else!" We are not because what happened was a statistical trick of the count. Suddenly, whites got put on one side of the scale and everybody else (the Hispanics, Latinos, Chicanos, Blacks, Asians, Middle Easterners, and sundry other groups, such as the very exclusive Ashkenazi crypto-Jews who with others pass and blend and largely go unnoticed, from all over the country and planet) got put on the other side.
And whaddyaknow?! Suddenly whites were in the minority. But they never have been. Each group is a group, and white continues to be the biggest group. Anyone can see that just walking around Los Angeles or going to the beach. One sure see a lot of diversity, but mainly what one sees are whites, white privilege, white fragility, whites screaming "reverse racism!" while filming The Daily Wire video shorts on the UCLA quad and campus environs.
Banks didn't tell citizens about their secret practice
We are only saying that any mention of Los Angeles cannot leave out its legacy of racism, privilege, criminal police (LAPD) and Sheriff Department abuses, real estate abuses (that redlined different racial groups into different parts of the county and city by design with the aid of bank loan officers). What we have today is the result of decisions made in the past. The legacy of Spain's racism in Mexico, the Southwest, and in particular Alta California has a lot to do with it.
But new European arrivals were only too happy to continue those self-privileging policies and maintain the system by greed, aversion to others (xenophobia), and willful ignorance and delusion that we're a colorblind society that has moved beyond race and shouldn't even mention race because to mention it is racist. It is not racist. Racism is racist, and letting it fester is doing nothing about it. The first thing that needs to be done about it to bring about any kind of equality or equity is shining a light on it and remembering history.

What does "Spain" mean? It seems to be the word Sapien with the letters slightly scrambled, a placed where various kinds of human species lived, one we call "modern" and another "old," one Sapien and another Neanderthal. We are Homo sapiens,Euro Cro-Mags, and they are a retarded subspecies on the margins of our territory, living their savage and barbarian ways with their big muscles, attracting our young women.

Were Neanderthals "white"?
(History with Kayleigh) NEANDERTHAL MUSEUM. Modern humans know that Neanderthal DNA has influenced us in quite a few ways, but did their DNA influence our skin tone or our hair color? Why are Neanderthals often depicted with white or pale skin? How accurate are these depictions?
Skeleton reveals early humans had sex with Neanderthals
The child had both early modern human and Neanderthal features, including the chin and lower arms of a modern human and the jaw and robust build of a Neanderthal.
Researchers believed that the child's anatomy was the result of mixed Neanderthal and early modern human ancestry. Now new archeological and DNA techniques may hold the answer.

(Intrigued Mind) It turns out that ancient humans weren’t just having sex with each other. They were also having sex with other now-extinct human sub-species like Neanderthals and Denisovans. With the power of modern genome sequencing, scientists have been piecing together what parts of our DNA might be the result of interspecies affairs. #AncientHumans #Neanderthals #Denisovans #Pre-HistoricalAffairs
(Weird History) Neanderthals (an extinct human species) remain one of the great mysteries of human evolution. They are modern human's closest relatives, but their habits elude us. We are learning more about our hominid cousins every day, and there is still so much we do not know, including the mystery of Neanderthal mating habits, as there is not a lot of evidence to describe what Neanderthal sex would have been like. Thankfully, there are new advances in genetic paleontology shining a light on this elusive subject, and the discoveries surrounding ancient human mating rituals continue to develop.
We'll move to the high desert and brave the heat, winds, sun, floods, drought, and rodents.
Having secured the land for cheap, trekking into the wilderness to find a rural spot, it is time to build a structure on the real estate. Of course, what could be better than a yurt if living in the cold Stans? A vegan yurt, no wool, could really be something if it remained dry and kept snakes and rodents out. But someone or something might cut a hole to get in. Something better than cob and haybales is needed. What could be better than modular building blocks? It's a Lego house that's easy to expand, sturdy, solid, permanent, earthquake proof. What if all the blocks come tumbling down in a 9.0 apocalyptic tremor? There's a solution for that:
A kuti [\coo-tee\] is a "meditation hut," and that's what's needed more than a place to stretch or sleep. A quiet place, a place apart, a room with a view...a hearth with a chimney stack and solar panels for a fan. This structure is actually portable if one breaks it down and sets it up somewhere else. But it will stay in place, even in the wind, and be a forever home, a meditation lodge with many happy visitors.
