More than ever the world is in need of the healing power of mindfulness, compassion, and the unifying force of community. Insight LA invites everyone to participate in its annual benefit to be nourished by practicing in community (sangha), while cultivating the qualities of mindfulness, resilience, compassion, wisdom, love, and joy.

There is no way to happiness; happiness is the way. This year’s all-day event is curated by Insight LA teachers and special guests to awaken hearts to meet this moment and open minds to new possibilities.

Bruce Lee’s daughter, Shannon Lee, will be in conversation with Insight LA Facilitator Nico Cary about her new book on her father’s teachings that are especially inspiring for this time. A copy of the book is included with registration.
  • Transforming Grief & Trauma into Love with Trudy Goodman Ph.D., Lily Dulan, and Metta World Peace
Join Insight LA’s founding teacher Trudy Goodman, Lily Dulan (founder of Kara Love Project and author of Giving Grief Meaning) and former NBA world champion, business entrepreneur, philanthropist, and co-founder of The Artest University, Metta World Peace, for a conversation and practices on how to navigate through grief and trauma to transform it into love. A copy of his book is included with registration.
