Individual meditation instruction is available at any time during the evening. No prior meditation experience required. If there are technical difficulties, there will be Zoom hosts available to offer assistance.
TEACHER: Shastri Marilyn Moore has served in various administrative roles in the Shambhala community since 1997. She has been teaching meditation at the Center for Living Peace in Irvine for five years. Her appointment as a "Shastri" in 2016 included a special commitment to developing a Shambhala community in OC. She has a special interest in topics related to death and dying and co-facilitates a monthly online gathering called “Before I Die.” In 2011, she retired from a position working in an art gallery for almost 30 years and pre-pandemic, she fully enjoyed the time that gave her to teach, travel, and stay in touch with three grown children living in other parts of the world.
