We'd like to celebrate this vote by the House, but what human beings mean by "release" and what lawyers mean by "release" are far from the same thing. There is something called redaction. Heard of it? It's when the government REMOVES, blocks out, sanitizes, excises, cuts out, and obliterates information from documents prior to "releasing" them, effectively keeping them secret. It pretends to have "released" them, but it makes sure they are useless first.
