This week we'll be starting a new mini-series on one of the most respected philosophies in the world, Buddhism. It's my favorite. I'll be giving a brief rundown on the main pillars, simple understandings behind its teachings, and explain who "the Buddha" really was. In the next video we'll go into the exact steps of the Buddha's path.
