Finland again ranked happiest country in the world as sad USA falls to its lowest-ever position
Finland is a county. It's no Buddhist Bhutan, the last Himalayan kingdom in the world, with its "Gross Domestic Happiness" rating being of central concern. Yet it manages to be happy.
