These creatures are varieties of Yeti, different kinds of hominid primates. They are 100% real. (Some seem to be interdimensional with uncanny superhuman powers, which makes considering them "real" problematic).
Tibetan lore describes three main varieties of Yetis:
the Nyalmo, which has black fur and is the largest and fiercest, standing around 15 feet tall;
the Chuti, which stands around 8 feet tall and lives at an altitude of 8,000-10,000 feet (2,400 and 3,000 m) above sea level; and
the Rang Shim Bombo, which has reddish-brown fur and is only 3-5 feet (0.91 and 1.52 m) tall [12].
Other terms used by Himalayan peoples, many of them Vajrayana (Esoteric) Buddhists, do not translate exactly the same, but refer to legendary and indigenous wildlife:
Michê (Tibetan མི་དྲེད་, Wylie mi dred, ZYPY Michê), which translates as "man-bear" [8, 13].
Dzu-teh – dzu translates as "cattle" and the full meaning translates as "cattle bear," referring to the Himalayan brown bear [7][10][14][15].
Migoi or Mi-go (Tibetan མི་རྒོད་, Wylie mi rgod, ZYPY Migö/Mirgö) translates as "wild man" [10][15].
Bun Manchi – Nepali for "jungle man" that is used outside Sherpa communities where Yeti is the common name [16].
Mirka – another name for "wild-man."
Local legend holds that "anyone who sees one dies or is killed." The latter is taken from a written statement by Frank Smythe's Sherpas in 1937 [17].
In Russian folklore, the Chuchuna is an entity said to dwell in Siberia. It has been described as 6-7 feet tall and covered with dark hair.
According to the native accounts from the nomadic Buddhist Yakut and Tungus tribes, it is a well-built, Neanderthal-like man wearing pelts and bearing a white patch of fur on its forearms.

The Pentagon’s latest report on UFOs has revealed hundreds of new reports of unidentified and unexplained aerial phenomena (UAPs) but no definitive indications suggesting an extraterrestrial origin.

The review includes hundreds of cases of misidentified balloons, birds, and satellites [not to much voluminous tons of swamp gas from the Deep South and their gumbo and chili cookoffs] as well as some that defy easy explanation, such as a near-miss between a commercial airliner and a mysterious object off the coast of New York.
While it isn’t likely to settle any debates over the existence of alien life, the report reflects heightened public interest in the topic and the government’s efforts to provide some answers. Its publication comes a day after House lawmakers called for greater government transparency during a hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAPs — the government’s term for UFOs.

The United States Congress will hold a hearing on Wednesday to discuss the topic of UFOs that some lawmakers are hopeful will lead to new information on a subject that is the focus of many conspiracy theorists but has also recently attracted serious attention from government officials.
The House Oversight Committee’s hearing will be titled Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena: Exposing the Truth. The title refers to UAPs, the new preferred acronym for UFOs, which has become an increasingly popular term among believers – and US officials – to describe mysterious airborne objects.
The hearing will be the second congressional hearing the US Congress has put together in order to “further pull back the curtain on secret UAP research programs conducted by the US government, and undisclosed findings they have yielded,” according to a House statement.
Wednesday’s hearing comes more than a year after the Pentagon was accused of running a secret UFO retrieval program by whistleblower David Grusch, though no evidence has ever emerged to back up these claims. The hearing will be led by Republican representatives Nancy Mace and Glenn Grothman.
The representatives argue in the House’s statement that Americans are frustrated with the lack of transparency by the US government on the topic of UAPs.

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Pres. Trump's former personal lawyer and "fix-it man" declared under oath today that Trump knew ahead of time and embraced the news when told that WikiLeaks had emails damaging to Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.
Michael Cohen also testified that Trump is a "racist," a "conman," and a "cheat."
Cohen, called to testify by Democrats over the objections of Republicans, suggested that Trump also implicitly told him to lie about a Moscow real estate project.
Cohen has pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about the project, which he says Trump knew about as Cohen was negotiating with Russia during the 2016 election campaign.
The hearing was producing the most damning depiction to date of Trump's campaign and business operations from a onetime member of his inner circle. It was the latest step in Cohen's evolution from legal fixer for the president -- he once boasted he'd "take a bullet" for Trump -- to a foe who has implicated him in federal campaign finance violations.

Thank God I got out of God's House.
I learned at a young age that obedience to God is the key to a great life.
My family raised me as a non-denominational Christian, though we attended an A.M.E. church and later converted to Catholicism.
My earliest memories are littered with reading, musing about life in a notebook hidden underneath my mattress, and church, lots of church.
I was always in church, not just Sunday services. Fellowship afterward eating fried birds, cornbread, collards, an assortment of cakes and pies was a must.
Sunday school, Wednesday evening Bible study, Saturday afternoon activities. Church, school, and home were the three places my presence was mandated.
These were the supposed keys to leading a good life, a life in which I was happy, not just spiritually, but mentally, emotionally, and psychologically, too.
Your idols died for you...so feel guilty.
I fell in line without questioning anything because I wanted the happiness this life promised.
Church was at the hands of my mother, whose devout faith stems from her southern Baptist upbringing in Huntsville, Alabama. Even though she’s a spiritual mother, she is not nurturing or well-equipped to parent the emotionally sensitive person I am.
When I came to her for advice, her answer always involved a variation of "Everything happens for a reason" and "It’s time to pray." She also told me to make sure I diligently read my Bible, attended, church regularly, and faithfully tithed my 10% [of my money to the church]....

I stopped attending church around the fall of 2012. I lived without the restraint of religiosity choking me for two years, which coincided with an international move to Madrid, Spain, to teach English. It felt like freedom, but it also felt incredibly empty. I prayed very little those two years although I never stopped believing in God.....
